I asked them very very nicely to make the sandwich to order and they literally put it in the microwave. The bread was a rubber ball. I'm not sure why I even ordered food from mcdonalds I should know better but I'm traveling. In thy trash it went.

If i could zero stars for this mcdonalds I would waiting for 10 minutes at the speaker I then only ordered 2 items was left waiting another 20 minutes the order ahead of me was sitting at the window instead of being pulled forward seriously disappointed with the service

Brought customer service to a new low. VERY long story shortened: VERY long wait at drive-thru; I was told "only 3 of us workin - mgr, cook, and cashier"; i was in a hurry so when I FINALLY got my order I didn't check it 100%....just glanced in the bag, and it looked ok; got home, dug in, and was missing a lot; called, drove back, went INSIDE, and was basically called a liar...."I know I put those 2 items in your bag, but here ya go"....she slid them across the counter at me and walked away. Wow !! THEN as I was taking the picture of the store # and corporate phone #, she hollered at me "that doesn't really matter if you call that number"......REALLY ??!! Needless to say, corporate has NOT heard the last of me!!!! This was the McD's at Hwy 19 and Rte. 98 (Ponce De Leon Blvd.) in Homosassa, Fla.
Only stopped here to use the restroom...it was clean..?

I am not the one to complain. I really am not. I am kind and so patient. I have given this location many try’s. Staff is kind but obviously doesn’t care about the orders being correct. Sauces are now extra and I have never once received them. I have 3 small children, I can’t always stop to make sure I have them and go back through to get them. On top of that my orders have never once been correct. I was asked today if I had a water and I politely said no. Got home and I did in fact get a water instead of a sprite. I know it’s hard to tell the difference but they need to remember we are paying for these things! Going through the reviews, it seems that I am not the only one ? Not returning. It’s too expensive to be ripped off every single time.
