Place was clean and quiet. Female workers were messing with their phones and discussing cash app instead of preparing food or speaking to me while I stood at the counter. Then they went back to preparing food without washing their hands. Drive through line was around the store. I watched another customer come in and stand at the register for 5 minutes ignored. Manager said, “I don’t have a chashier.” So why were you and two other employees playing on your phones?? To their credit the men in the back were working, wearing gloves, & respectful - Not messing around.

Awwwful experience with Zorita the shift manager. I called looking for a specific happy meal toy and she blew me off and then hung up on me. I go to the store, asked for her and asked if she was okay since she was obviously having a bad day. She then plays victim and blames me for her unprofessional attitude. I hope management keeps an eye on her because this is not someone I would trust working for my organization nor leading any type of crew what so ever.

After I watched the TikTok about McDonald's burger is not going bad after a month or two in a bag at room temperature. That's way too many preservatives for me. What are you trying to do pickle us

Do not go to drive thru, we waited for 18 minutes AFTER we ordered and it was only around 8 o clock. We don’t normally do fast food but we’re starving. And when we got the food it was wrong order.

Im going to report this service to the bbb im done this is unacceptable and unprofessional and it seems to be an every single time ordeal they are always short staffed backed up in line an hour and a half wait, waiting on a MOBILE ORDER that was done 2 hrs ago. When taking this to the manager he doesnt give 2 scoops of raisins himself and takes it like a bad joke told by his grandfather when the big manager came in a few months back the last time we were there she took this matter very seriously and infact stated she knew how bad its been and she is single handedly trying to change that. I do understand things happen. They are short staffed and those there that need their jobs stayed when everyone else left they need their jobs and unfortunately are those being taken advantage of and are completely mistreated by impatient customers and for that I feel awful about however this is a huge food chain that needs more than 1 or 2 serious employees to change this store around or shut this location down until they do! Fix it for the employees fix it for the locals fix it for the public!!!! It doesnt matter just fix it.....

They got a drink machine in the lobby and it doesn't work. I don't buy drinks if I can't get my own refills. I'm not gonna stand at the counter waiting for someone to pay attention.
I have not eaten at McDonald's in years. I went today just to try the Grinch meal (mainly the fries)and get the socks. I didn't get my socks nor the seasoning packet for the fries. Wth I worked at McDonald's many years ago and we premade all the happy meal boxes with toys do they not do that anymore? How can you forget the 2 major components in the box?

This was at the McDonald's in Sugarmill woods, FL. I watched the cashier mop up spilled pop then without washing her hands go back to the counter & wait on customers. She touched fries as she placed them in the customer's bags. Is this a health code violation?!

This is not the first time they have messed up my food normally I have no problem with breakfast which is why I continue to order it, but it’s sad when the sticker even on the sandwich says no onion or sauce and both are on them and I don’t have time to go back. I’m very frustrated
