The pizza sucked,wow I wasn't surprised We ordered 2 large pies,the pizza that should of had pepperoni, onion, green peppers,well a few green peppers in the center lots of cheese that's it NO FLAVOR, same thing with a simple large thin crust pepperoni, To thick an NO FLAVOR to be a thin crust. Sorry guys but your work is not up to par,please find a new career an I'll go back to ordering pizza from where I can trust. Never again will I waste my $ at papa John's.

I order pizza and drinks for delivery, when it arrived the drinks were wrong. I ordered diet Pepsi because I am a diabetic and can not have sugar like that, they sent regular Pepsi. So I called to see about bringing them back and get my money back for the drink, pretty cut and dry except the woman I spoke to decided that telling me they had to sub the soda, they were out and truck day is tomorrow was better than accountability. She could have just said sorry, you can come swap it out. Well I went up after talking to her to get the money back and give them the Pepsi back. When I got there she was nowhere to be found but there was a whole cooler full of diet Pepsi. Needless to say but I won't be back to that location, I appreciate honesty and half way decent work ethic.

I always pick up since its not far from my house, its NEVER ready on time so we usually go about 20 minutes past the time the app says. I ordered delivery tonight (monday) waited over an hour, app said it was out for delivery for well over 30 minutes, great that means pizza has been done and sitting for longgg time. Driver finally arrives, I didnt get extra sauce like I asked for on pizzas and it was soggy, thin crust thats not crispy is such a gross texture. I think this is the last time we get pizza from here.....

First, they made my pizza wrong and it arrive cold, not even like warm. . That happens, not a big problem. Make a new one. I ordered the pizza for delivery. When the driver finally got here, he/she text 6 times in a row, just kept pushing the send button. This was being delivered to a small hotel, my door way literally 12 steps from the curb. When I didn’t answer within one minute, they threw the pizza on the ground and drove off. When I called the store the guy that answered, pretended it was not his store the delivered. I matched the phone # and address to where it came from and it was his store. By the time I verified where it came from, they were closed.

Ignorant manager. Driver who lied about a delivery because these lazy employees won’t do their job. Placed an order for delivery which they never even updated to out for delivery. Had people on the porch watching and the driver claimed “they yelled 3 times and no one answered”. There was a phone number on the order they could have called if he allegedly did t see anyone. Try to call the store as the notification came through from the app that they cancelled our order. They said they didn’t have any drivers for the night even though it was allegedly just cancelled. After asking for the store managers contact info I was told “you’re gonna have to wait” then thrown on hold for 10 minutes. This place is a joke and if this is how the company runs their stores I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Hardly any toppings. Mostly just cheese. Worst pizza we have had.

The last 2 times we ordered it was terrible. Pizza was undercooked, seasonings and sauces were missing. After waiting a long period to use this location again, we regrettably placed another order. This time after 1.5 hours of waiting for our 45 minute delivery I just had it cancelled. We give up, dominoes to the rescue!

All I can say is they made me an amazing pizza. I mean come on look at that. These guys have their stuff down pat that’s all I gotta say. Props to Cody Matthew and their team for being amazing. If you haven’t tried this location you’re missing out. Go check it out.

By far the worst pizza I've ever had. I'll eat a frozen pizza before I eat a pizza from this location again. The crust was soggy, the pizza looked and tasted like it sat under a heat lamp for and hour which was probably the case because I didn't get it for an hour and 15 minutes after I ordered NEVER AGAIN.

Ordered delivery from this store which is under 2 miles away. It took 1 hours and 45 minutes to arrive and to top it off, it was cold on arrival. The boxes were all dented and collapsing and were moist to the touch. Now it's morning and my stomach is a wreck. We're going to avoid them from now on. Was told it's new owners when I called. So it's gotten worse with the new ownership? Said they were relying on Door dash drivers to fulfill orders. Lol what a joke!!
