Walked in to pick up my uber eats delivery at 6:47pm and this poor girl was left alone to work the entire store alone during dinner because her co worker lied about the time and left an hour early. Then some other Subway employee comes in wearing street clothes to use the bathroom and gives the girl attitude after she was killing herself to make over 10 sandwiches/salads by herself, then when the cow walked out of the establishment she gave the girl who was working a major stink eye. I felt so bad for her, she was awesome and I hope she quits this place and finds a job that appreciates her hard work, her co workers suck and should be ashamed of themselves for being so lazy and unreliable.

Bread is always stale .. also some Hispanic dude is ALWAYS stepping off the floor or arguing with his girlfriend I’m assuming literally is messing up on my sandwich because he’s too busy arguing with his woman EVERYTIME man me and my wife are going to just go elsewhere.

Wrong bread, wrong toppings (missing), missing chips. Order online since the app doesn't work. Sit outside waiting for the order to come up. Finally go in and is wrong. 64 bucks and the order is wrong. Call to get it fixed and the phone just rings...

Hey Subway... Don't you pay your employees? Go to the Homosassa Sugarmill Shop and the guy making the sub's will try to shake you for a tip. That sucks and I won't be back. No wonder you're all going broke.

Went here 30 minutes before closing. I felt guilty for coming close to closing time, however Michelle C made sure that I knew it was ok. She was SUPER friendly and helpful. Amazing Customer service.!!!! She is a huge asset to Subway. I will definitely be coming back.

When my wife and I walked in, we were disappointed by the lack of customer service. The staff member working at the time did not greet us or even look up from what he was doing. It made us feel unwelcome and left a negative impression.
Additionally, I placed an order for a chicken sandwich and a BLT wrap, both in footlong sizes. My wife presented a coupon for 2 footlong sandwiches for $12.99, which the staff member said he could honor. However, when we received the bill, it came to a total of $28. We realized that the BLT wrap was only 6 inches long, and we also ordered a $5 cookie. Therefore, the total for the two sandwiches should have been $12.99. Unfortunately, we did not notice the discrepancy until we were already halfway home.

Walked in for a to go order ..hubby and I. 8 ordered The Boss with Italian Herb Chs bread. Bread was not baked long enough pale in color not golden. Meatballs didn't taste fresh. I grabbed a large aqua fresca from their drink machine and it tastes like mold. All around the drink station was filthy. Went one other time a while back and they were good. This visit will probably be our last.
My mom put an order in online and realized a couple minutes later that she didn't change the bread from multigrain to white. She called to cancel the order so she could redo it and the lady who answered the phone claimed that she couldn't do that. She asked if she could change the bread to white because she doesn't like multigrain and the lady working said that the subs that my mom ordered 2 minutes prior were already made. Ridiculous customer service! 12/31 4pm

I wanted to come get a sub but seen Flag wavers out front of your plaza, I was to scared to pull in. So you lost business I guess. Nice for your plaza I wanted a hair cut and fruit 🍑🍓 I went up the road to Michael Anthony n got pizza.
