I almost came back 2 see you, but I was afraid you would just leave with me, and I couldn't let taco bell ho unattended.

Caramel empanada is back. So good!! Trie to add 2 tacos at the drive thru window, but not allowed. So I went inside. I was not acknowledged. I ended up using self-order kiosk. Waited 5 minutes for two tacos.
Don't dine in. Everybody there ignores you unless you make enough noise, they didn't give me and several other people parts of our orders, and treated us like we were inconveniencing them by asking for the items we paid for. One employee yelled at a customer that she was off the clock, even though she was in uniform and behind the register. Then they turned the kiosks off before 6:30pm, with people still in the store. Again, I had to yell to even get acknowledged so people could order. During the afternoon, people at least acknowledged my existence, but when I brought my kids for dinner, all human decency was gone.

Over all the worst experience ever. Not only does the staff completely ignore their dine in customers (had to help several customers place order on the kiosk because the staff was ignoring people asking for help), the store was dirty (a homeless man with no shirt or shoes in the lobby bothering customers and filling his thermos with soda while the staff ignored his presence), the general manager, Brandi was rude and unprofessional. Waited about 20-30min for my food just for it have been made wrong. Spent my waiting time cleaning the lobby and soda area and helping customers place orders. What a waste of time and money, spent over $30 on food that went to the trash. The company should be ashamed of this location and the lack of customer service

Staff always works hard. Sometimes the bean burritos are less than desirable but it's tacobell. Not much expectations going in. Would love if when you pay for sour cream they put it the length of the burrito instead of on one end. Other than that... no complaints.

This morning my mother, daughter and I visited this Taco Bell by chance because I had a flat tire. I dropped my car off next door and came in for breakfast. A bunch of workers were gathered for a work meeting and before it began, I noticed a homeless lady walking in and ordering two cups of water to go. The cashier gladly gave her the water and she walked out. Before she could leave, I noticed the manager going outside and speaking to her privately. A few minutes later the manager brought some food for the lady and handed it to her privately where no one could see.... Except me. Matthew 6:3-4 But when you give to the poor and do acts of kindness, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, so that your charitable acts will be done in secret; and your Father who sees [what is done] in secret will reward you. A true blessing and an act of kindness. We will be back Taco Bell!
The entire staff tonight mind you it is Friday August 16th at 10:00 at night. The staff on duty was fantastic I had a messed up order from last night not only did they correct it but they also made sure that my extended order to the messed up order was 100% correct the manager on duty definitely deserves the credit and the young lady that was working the register with the glasses was an absolute sweetheart. We drive from Beverly Hills to this location because they do the very best job and I will continue to come back as long as I get that kind of customer service

the cashier “brianna s “ was completely rude and unprofessional, i asked about the different in two deal boxes she refused to explain them when the menu kept changing on the screen so i couldn’t see it. refused to split the payment between two cards which may or may not be how the machines work? and shut the window when i tried to ask for a straw for my drink. totally disappointing
