I give it a four star because no one at counter trying to force the use of kiosk. Not the staff fault but rather owner/manager. Number one reason that I do not stop here often.

Cashier had cashed me out at window and said “give me one moment” and pulled out their phone. I was confused why but I waited and I asked for my receipt and they gave it with the food. I come home and try to use the receipt and the points say they have already been claimed. I have no other reason but to believe that the cashier pulled out their phone and took my points. That is ridiculous and unnecessary. Next time order your own food and get your own points.

Got a Crunchwrap, supreme nachos, Doritos locos taco and supreme soft taco. All disgusting. Meat was cold and tasted gross. And worst of all I just wasted $20 of my hard earned money buying this garbage. Never again. Nasty. Would like a refund.
This is the worst store you could visit. Service is trash. They sit around talking while the line builds up. The food definitely isn't worth the wait I would keep driving. Do not waste your money
