This is the second time I've ordered using UberEats and received missing items. Even when I used to drive there, I would get the wrong order or missing items. I thought something would change, but unfortunately, this will be my last time ordering from here.

Came thru the drive ordered a #2 supreme no lettuce no tomatoes cinnamon twist and an additional soft taco supermen no lettuce or tomato I get home 7 min from Taco Bell and to my surprise the soft taco that was to be no lettuce or tomato has tomatoes and ONIONS in it!! So I call the store get a manager named Jenn who acted as if she couldn’t find my order and then asked me if I had a receipt ummm NO your employee at the window didn’t give me one but I was just there at 930 at night there have been no other cars to add insult to injury she then places me on hold comes back on laughing and I proceed to tell her I don’t want a replacement I wanted them to know for coaching purposes! Needless to say was very unimpressed with Taco Bell’s quality of customer service

Ordered 2 burrito supremes and two orders of Cinnabon sweets. Also paid extra for guac as well as chipotle, ranch on my Chicken chalupa supremes, which I paid extra for delivered by Door Dash. No sauces added and we only Received one breeder supreme, as well as one Cinnabon orders of two. Seems like the crew does a great job all the night crew obviously asleep. Phil totally robbed.

Doesn’t take care of its employees my fiancée worked there for 4 days and left due to a better opportunity the manager at the time never gave her last check the new manager laugh at her on the phone when asking for her w2 and last paycheck since she was there for only 4 days we will be calling corporate to resolve this and put in a complaint on the gm running the store there
First-time visiting this location. Cashier was very friendly and patient. Disappointed, they've taken the bowl of the menu. Removed one STAR.

I don’t like to give a bad review unless it is deserved however this is the most ghetto place I’ve been to in a while. The staff was just fooling around and being loud amongst themselves and with customers they knew. I ordered extras and didn’t get them with my order.
Horrible exp wont take ur order unless use machine and wouldnt take my cash. Ill Never be back.

Got there, no one in store to help. I've girl out side socializing. It was so cold you could but did inside to eat. Finally ordered on kiosk still no one in store. Finally girl comes in and flat ignored us when we spoke to her. I am handicapped and can't walk well. So I went to truck. 15 mines later husband finally comes out with food. Entry bit except a burrito. Was cold and the meat tasted old. I threw it up outside my door. Husband wanted to complain, I told him no point when they won't even talk to you. So we left still hungry and out $30. I have never had such horrible service any where in my life. We pass thru a lot. But will never stop in that town again.
