regular here and they told me that if I ordered on the Kiosk my senior drink cup is free (instead of 25 cents) and has been for many visits. Well this time this apparently was NOT going to be the case. So Dalton tells me that's not the case and I will have to pay an additional 25 cents. All I had was a credit card and I thought this is bizarre and inconsistent. I'm a 5-Star operator in several businesses and I always take care of my regular customers. In this case a 69 year old Captain with the United States Coast Guard was treated with absolutely no respect. Was this really worth the 25 cents for a small senior cup. And btw, I drink water!!!

Don't get me wrong The customer service was great. However With only two people in the back working You would think they would do more to hire more staff... My second complaint is the fact that the front cash register was not working supposedly and they had to take her card all the way over to drive through to run it there.... That's a big heck no in my book I don't like letting my card go out of my sight....Keep in mind this is a newer location That opened about a year ago if I recall.. So there's no excuse for issues with equipment, register or soda machine....Second issue was I twisted my ankle and I'm feeling it today.... The soda machine should not be leaking water on to the floor creating a large puddle of water coming out from underneath the counter that makes you slip when you walk past it. Imagine if it would have been an elderly person and they fell and cracked their head on the floor...Also the mix is way off on half the soda flavors there At the dining room fountain. They taste very watered down.

Cool people here and makes good tacos.Vegetarian options: As soon as your order on the screens in the front area you are greeted with a selection to add vegetarian optionsParking: Plenty of space and is freshly paved. Usually always have less than 6-7 cars in the lot

I live exactly half way between two different Taco Bell’s and ALWAYS go to this one because they are the best. They have fantastic customer service, and the food is always correct as ordered, fresh, and hot.

No one at this location can tell the difference between cinnamon twists and a bag of nachos with cheese! 3 different orders 3 different days, same mistake. They’re awful.

Ordered 2 crunch wrap supremes, took a long time to get order and both crunch wraps did not have cheese or sour cream in them.

Food was hot and fresh. Best Taco Bell so far!! Service was fast through drive thru and customer service reps were excellent. Very respectful and smiling faces!! All around great job! Clean store. Late night hours. Awesome!!

Update: Thanks for making the banner smaller. Better.Please take the banner off the walk rails from the front of the store! When leaving drive thru you can't see if any car are coming from the left! We almost got hit!! It's going to cause a accident! Blind view is what got my husband killed! If you don't want a lawsuit remove the banners so we can see through the rails like they were intended!!!Safety ISSUE! PLEASE FIX. AND ILL REMOVE THIS!

Newer and clean restaurant. However, we were not happy that 9 people with multiple box orders all were served our food in one big pile. We would have appreciated not to have to dig through everything to find everyone’s order. Also one of the workers lied to me and said the cash register at the front “automatically closes down at 10” so he couldn’t ring up a couple cinnamon twists, when the next person walked up and rang it up and took my money. I don’t appreciate being lied to just because you want us gone faster. Also the drink machine was not working at all.

Tried to get an iced coffee yesterday night and they refused to make it saying it was passed the time but I talked to corporate and they stated you are supposed to serve coffee all day. So did an online order today for one and they seemed upset because they had to make it fresh. And gave me only 2 iced cubes in a clearly hot “iced” coffee. Just tell me you do t want to do what you’re getting paid for and I’d be fine knowing the truth.

Ordered a chicken burrito supreme. Came out with no chicken no lettuce no tomato . Basically a tortilla smeared with beans sour cream And cheese. I called them and they didn't care.
