MUST READ!!!!!!!!!!!!! HEALTH RISK!!!! I NEVER write bad reviews but feel that I need to make people aware of my last visit. So for the sake of future visitors here it goes. Check in was fine, the stay was fine. However, a day after we left I broke out in a rash. It was so bad that I went to the doctors. The doctor asked me if I had slept anywhere new (hotel, bus, camper, etc.). I was informed that I had contracted scabbies. I called the lodge to inform them that they desperately need a deep clean, as I contracted scabbies at their establishment. The women on the phone didn't sound alarmed or surprised, she didnt offer a refund or an apology. There was a long silence on her end that lead me to believe she wasnt surprised. If she has assured me they would urgently replace all of the mattresses I probably wouldnt have written this. BUT that just isnt the case. She was VERY unconcerned. Some may think this is an accusation. My doctor insists it's not as I've never contracted scabbies at home and the lodge is the only other place I've slept in months. BEWARE. That is all.
