Served by a very nice young man named Ethan. Greeting me very politely, despite me looking homeless after a day of moving a son into his first home in very bad weather. After he came out from behind the counter to clean tables, and asked me if everything was ok. That lit my whole day up. Simple words that are refreshing due to the overall lack of civility in society as a whole. He is management material. I'm going to call the manager there today, I kept my receipt just for that. That store is 1 1/2 hours from my home sadly. Food was instant and delicious, prepared perfectly.

The guy at the window was so rude it was actually crazy. We said we needed our sauces and then he said he needed to check our bags bc they always put them in there. I said That’s ridiculous they ask if u want sauce i said Yes it’s not in the bag just give me the sauce it’s free for gods sake hop off your high horse you weirdo then he put his hands all over my friends food before handing it back completely rude needs to be fired

I can't help but enjoy myself everything I come through the homosassa Wendy's the staff r so kind always smiling and greeting me fixing any issue I may have with out question and friendly as they have gotten to know me always make me feel welcome

Manager and cashier David are ignorant and very rude just wasted money on overcooked fries and a burger that I didn't order because they gave me the wrong stuff and then lied about it.

Your food is good as always Wendy's. But the AI to greet us and take our order, that's just cold. There's no aesthetic, no charm, no quaint little hamburger joint that we all grew up with and grown the love. It's just cold and empty and lonely. Bring back to person to person.

I pulled up to the speaker at about 8:30 in the morning this morning and I never had breakfast at Wendy’s so I asked if I could have a second to decide the lady at the speaker was very rude and said…well can we help you decide because we’re on a timer. I was only at the speaker about 10 seconds and nobody was behind me. So I just picked something quick and when I got to the window they asked me to park and they would bring my food out I said ok and parked. I tell you I waited about 20 minutes then the lady came out and gave me my food not only was my food cold but it was a bacon egg and cheese biscuit sandwich and I asked for sausage. I don’t know what was going on there but I’m not going back l didn’t get anyone’s name but I noticed that the young girl at the window had a spot on her eye.

Never had a problem ordering food with them until this stupid ai came in. When I first heard it I asked was this an ai and I got no response from anyone. It then repeated itself about taking my order so I just started to place it. Immediately it started to try to upsell me on my order. I yelled no because it already made me repeat my self once. Then a lady came in and told me I don't need to yell that I'm speaking to an ai and if I want to talk to a person just ask and that they can still hear me. Well I asked if this was an AI and for people that can hear you sure don't like to respond when I asked the question to begin with. McDonald's was good anyways!

Spent $6 on a cold chocolate coffee, when I received it, the ice was mostly melted and the coffee was extremely watery. When brought to the staffs attention, my husband was laughed at and given a spoon and told to mix the coffee. We proceeded to mix it even more (as we have brains and tried that to begin with), and it did not fix the issue of it being watered down. We were not offered a replacement, or refund. The associate took the coffee back and the issue was never resolved. No refund, no remake. Nothing but being laughed at by the staff.

Employees were very nice, the burger is had was very dry, the French fries were really good. I did not however like the automated ordering service at the location I went to. I having been in this industry realize though, don't the order taking on drive thru was a position nobody on my shifts wanted to do, so even though I understand the need for this , I did not like the experience of the drive thru

Manager Jon was rude and not helpful. They gave my pick up order to someone else and then told me I was at the wrong wendys. Upon speaking to door dash, I was in the right and they didn't take any responsibility for their mistake. None of the staff working on July 8th 2025 during lunch shift even cared to help resolve it. Very poor customer service and even after it was known to be wendys mistake they still were rude and made it seem like I was at fault. Totally unprofessional. Corporate needs to do some in-store training to ensure they don't give people someone else's order without confirming it.

The use of AI in the drive thru is so out of touch. The past three times I’ve been there my order has been messed up due to the complications talking to a robot. I’ve been eating at this Wendy’s for years and I always said how wonderful the employees were because everything was always fresh, correct, and fast. This is a small town, we don’t want AI drive thrus. Corporate take heed!! You will lose more and more business until you get rid of the ROBOT.
