Kiosk messed up an order and old lady got mad she had to input it herself. Cooks were great but the old ladies there need to take their menopause elsewhere.

For such a new location you would think the food and employees and dinning area would be better. Just because you work at a fast food place doesn't mean you shouldn't take your job seriously and put forth your best effort. Been to this location multiple times and always seem to have old Oil in the fryer or we're getting old fries that have been sitting under a heat lamp. Hamburgers seem to be thrown together The chicken sandwiches seem to be either overcooked or undercooked. And the sodas always seem to taste a little weird I don't know if it's because they're not cleaning out the system or what but something needs to change. I keep getting excited for new things coming to Citrus County especially in the Homosassa and Lecanto area but then I rememberYes we're getting these cool new places but they're just gonna employ the same Citrus County People that live here that have no work ethic that complain about the job they do get even though they don't have the skills or the educational background to deserve a higher paying job.

This Wendy's truly has no idea on customer service. From employees to Manager. Don't try to lie to a customer when they have the online order/receipt in hand. This location constantly has issues. Corporate will be my next call.

Watching the employees behind the counter, one guy comes out of the restroom doesn’t put on any gloves or nothing reaches in the fry Ben grab fries goes to the middle island dip it in something and eat them if He was hungry. I would’ve bought him fries.

Great stop for the food and the patio dining , service is horrible Kiosk or wait for someone to come up by the door to take your order , The new guy must have designed this restaurant to make it more inclusive for everyone!!! Listen up Wendy’s You did it wrong !!!! There is room to park a truck in the rear so you can run in. At least for now till they. Build more stuff in the area
