Before work every day, I stop by a Dunkin’ Donuts and get my coffee and my French crueller. This morning I had a very chipper and happy Person on the intercom taking my order. She was very pleasant and on this rainy day made it seem like it was sunny. She asked me what else I needed after I placed my order and jokingly. I said a bag of money would be nice. Drive thru is confusing people are coming from all different directions to get into the drive thru and cutting you off left and right. Coffee was fresh and hot, staff were friendly
asked for an everything bagel, got a plain without being told they were out of them. service at the window was also not good as she seemed upset she was at work in the first place. ps maybe dont work in customer service if you cant provide good service. do better

Dunkin' receives mixed but mostly positive feedback from customers. One customer stops by before work every day for coffee and a French crueller. On a rainy day, a chipper and happy person on the intercom took the order, was very pleasant, and made it seem like it was sunny. The person asked what else was needed, and when the customer jokingly said a bag of money would be nice, she handed one over at the service window. It was freaking hilarious and made the day. Another customer notes the drive thru is confusing, with people coming from all different directions, cutting others off, but the coffee was fresh and hot and the staff were friendly. One customer asked for an everything bagel and got a plain without being told they were out, and service at the window was not good. Another went through the drive thru for a butter pecan iced espresso and called it one of the best drinks ever. Two employees let customers in right at close to make coffee and cook something, and the whole place was spotless. Another calls it the best dunkin location, with customer service beyond amazing, helpful and quick employees, and an energetic, welcoming staff who greeted a new puppy.
