“The grumpy older fellow taking my order was not pleasant. He let two of his regulars cut in front of me while ordering. And then got upset with me when I called him on it. He's a jerk. The cook was friendly and the food is excellent. If you don't mind the grouchy (I'm assuming) owner, this might be a good place for you.“

I’m not exaggerating when I say this might be the best food I’ve had, I’ve never had plantains before but they were absolutely fantastic. The rice was seasoned to perfection and delicious. And the pork was out of this world with how tender and seasoned it was. And the price is more than fair for all the food you get and how good it is. I’m not sure who’s cooking back there but they deserve a beach house for how good this food is. If you’re wanting to try Dominican food you absolutely can not go wrong with this place!!!“

“I was ordering some empanadas not paying attention to the price I order four and she says $23 bucks. I’m kind of in shock but I pay anyway cuz I really wanted some. To my knowledge they usually come pretty small in size but not these. I can see why they charger what they do the empanadas were super fresh and triple the size of a normal one. I recommend the shredded beef and the chicken.“
