Philly's Finest Cheesesteak & Hoagies

I came here while on vacation hoping for a good Philly cheesesteak experience, but it ended up being one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. The owner was unbelievably rude from the moment we walked in. Instead of being welcoming or professional, they were nasty, dismissive, and acted like customers were an inconvenience. I honestly feel bad for anyone who walks through the door expecting decent service or a safe, clean place to eat.

The establishment itself felt unclean and poorly maintained, and what really bothered me most was the complete lack of concern for proper food and human safety. When concerns were brought up, the owner refused to handle them appropriately and became argumentative instead of respectful. It was uncomfortable and disappointing, especially while trying to enjoy a vacation.

I will absolutely never come back, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience.

Even if you're broke and all the restaurants in the world are closed, please don't go to this restaurant. My wife and I found German cockroaches in our food. When we kindly told the restaurant owner, we only wanted to inform them and didn't ask for a refund. The old man in the restaurant yelled at us, smashed pots and pans, and told us that he had always done this, that we weren't the first victims, and that he was in charge here—take it or leave it. It's worth mentioning that when we politely informed them of the situation, the old man wasn't surprised at all. It was obvious that he was used to this kind of thing, and he acted like he was forcing us to pay. We had to mention calling the police, but he still shouted that he wouldn't give a refund and yelled at the employees who tried to stand up for justice. For your safety, please do not step into this restaurant.

This place has a wide assortment of food beside the Philly cheesesteaks, owner is friendly as is his staff, even when he's not there...lol... I drive from Vero Beach for them. They also have a rewards program, I've used the points many times already.

The place came highly recommended and I was very excited to try it…Then I had a small German cockroach wrapped up in my Philly!!! Not good!!! Needs to have a visit from the health department

These are real Philly cheesesteaks. Chopped steak stuffed into the roll. Lots of meat stuffed into a good roll. Best I’ve had in the area. And I’m from the Philly area. Go Birds!

What a nice simple little restaurant. They have great cheesesteaks fantastic Reuben sandwiches and I plan to try their burger sometime in the future. Very friendly staff and a clean place. Apparently this business has been around in Brevard for over 25 years. Yeah I'm probably wrong way off but that's saying a lot in this day and age. People are picky about their cheesesteak sandwiches. Well let me assure you it has nothing to do with the commercial places up in Philadelphia like P and G's. This is the authentic Philly cheesesteak that you get in town Philly. The place where all the locals go. This is the recipe. They are on a white soft roll where the steak is easy to chew bursting with good flavor and just melts in your mouth. But don't take my word for it. Ask other locals. I know when I'm on beachside where I'm going to go for a cheesesteak and of course try their other stuff.

Can’t talk about the food because I got there 6 minutes before steak was scheduled by them for pick up. So as I’m waiting I get a an attitude talking about I’m early, I’m the owner. Not going to get my business. Franks down the road was a great experience with Philly Love

The food was amazing! We ordered cheesesteaks, mozzarella sticks, and philly style specialty tots. The cheesesteaks were huge! (We ordered small) Everything was fresh and delicious. The service was great and the staff was friendly. They even called me after I left to let me know an item was forgotten in my bag and gave me a refund. As Philadelphia area residents, we highly recommend Phillies Finest!

If you're open until 8, then at 7:15 you should still allow customers to come in and order food. Good way to lose local business. Very disappointing but maybe it was for the best.

To your response: that would be fine, but the workers just stared as we tried to come in and just shook their heads. Put a note up. Better yet, come have a conversation with someone trying to visit your business.
