They get a 2, because they were open. This is a typical property owned by JEFF. No ice in the machines, TV doesn’t work. $178 for one night. $34 “amenity” fee. All of his properties are run down, and were beyond needing fixed, prior to these hurricanes.Quick update, cannot stop sneezing since I’ve been in the room.

Had a blackened chicken sandwich with blue cheese that was delicious! A healthy portion of fries accompanied the meal. Outside dining is nice when it's breezy.

Great place on Indian Rocks Beach. We normally sit at the bar for dinner and a couple of drinks and get great service. Food is great and comes out quickly.

We had a great time! The food is good and service was incredible and to top it off they have daily live music to enjoy. The hostess Elizabeth went completely out of her way to make sure my kids were comfortable. Kids eat fee from the kids menu when they are guests of the hotel and it’s the best perk!! We will definitely stop here again when we’re in the area

Booked a table, when we arrived, the host told us she wasnt told we'd booked. Looked and acted totally uninterested. Food took 45 minutes to arrive. Rare steak was well done. Shrimp was chewy and overcooked, scallops were overcooked as well. Terrible food. I guess they expect tourists that won't be going back. Server was decent. Cost $360 for 6 people.
