I love that they know what matters. They will make sure tables are turned and people get seated with a minimal wait time. They are above and beyond friendly and it’s really a great feeling to dine here. It’s not just a restaurant, it’s an absolutely wonderful family friendly dining experience! I would give it 10 stars if I could!!!

Come on, Florida. You can do better with service! We waited 30(!!) minutes for our check after we asked for it. 1.5 hours for a meal of chilled shrimp, raw oysters, and Tybee feast. The oysters were supposed to come before the rest of the food so we could eat them, but were delivered with everything. The chilled shrimp were room temp by the time we got them. We waited 30 minutes for the check after asking for it - prior to this, we wanted more food and drink but got tired of waiting . We’ve been here many times as locals but won’t come by again.

KRISS was our server. She was amazing. I was there Dave Miller, GUNNY with VETS that were in the program. However, I had her box food for me and it was never brought out and I also forgot about it after paying my tab. It was an out of sight out of mind sorta thing. But over all EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE.Parking: Being on Gulf Blvd is rough for parking period.

While the food is good they charge 10 percent for some service charge that no one really understands what it is for. It doesn't go to the servers and anyone I asked said they weren't sure where it goes. Also no notices posted. You don't know about this until you get the bill. I am a local but will not be visiting Crabby Bills anymore. So, my question regarding your new initiative, is why should we pay for your cost of doing business? We are already doing so by purchasing your products and tipping the servers.Show trimmed content

Our waitress was very patient with our larger family. Blackened Salmon with broccoli was cooked perfectly. My son is picky about his shrimp and he said it was his favorite- our server made sure he was getting what he wanted.. Peel & Eat shrimp and gator bites were good too!

We went to Crabby Bill's today for the first time and enjoyed our meal. The vibe outside was lively and fun. We were in a hurry and a little sun burned from the beach so we were ok when told inside was the only option unless we wanted to wait. Our server was nice but did seem a little overwhelmed with tables to attend. The menu had lots to choose from but it seemed like fried was the most popular way to order seafood. I had the key west shrimp with cole slaw ans fries. The shrimp were about the size of a quarter but very tasty. My wife had the blackened grouper sandwich and said it was good. If in town on Wednesday they have an all you can eat crab meal that we will come back for.

What a shame ? For many years, we have been frequent patrons and always looked forward to going. Yesterday just made us think twice and check out PJ’s the next time. The service was not up to expectations and I truly believe she was also cooking or prepping. The place was empty for the most part and yet waited long for food and drinks. Then the lobster came out …. burnt and dry. The manager even agreed. Brought another one out and basically the same ?? so the manager discounted 15% and yet we still had to pay the additional 10% service fee they just added a month or so, ago. For what? Lousy food and service? Time to check out PJ’s ?

Was nervous from some other reviews but we had an awesome experience here. We sat inside (more family friendly than bar outside). The service was amazing. The onion rings were the best we’ve ever had our life, same for the fried pickles. We also had great blackened fish, Mac n cheese, tacos and the kid loved the crispy shrimp and house made key lime pie. So good.

Had the lobster tail a few years ago. It was perfect! I go for happy hour a few days a week. It's the best. Love the bartenders!

We have heard Crabby Bills but after experiencing this tourist trap. It won’t happen again. It’s like a fast food sit down restaurant. Over priced / low quality establishment. As other people have mentioned the hidden fees such a stabilization 10% charge they don’t tell you about. Then they expect you to tip on top of that What a shame. As far as the food my lobster was over cooked and the family I was with order more food after the entree was served because of poor taste and / quality. They just you in and out. The only “ good “ part was the live band No thanks. Gregg
