Horrible service. Do not go there for Valentines Day. We had 330 reservations and were on time. Our server took one drink order while we looked over the cocktail menu. By 400 he had not returned to take the rest of the drink order or our appetizers. I spoke to Chris, the manager, who just made excuses. At 415 we still had no server so we left. We will not be returning.
Service took way too long. Several menu items were not available and we were not told until after we ordered. No price comps for items ordered vs. what was settled for. When we called to make the reservation the person who answered the phone was extremely rude. Despite the first impression over the phone we still went and continued to be disappointed. Will likely not return.
Went there last night for a dinner party of 2. Was told it was a 5-10 minute wait. No problem there. 40 minutes later I ask hostess what happened to that 5-10 and she said “well you didn’t make reservations soooo….” Then began to argue with me about how they are busy etc etc. Long story short. If you have a hour wait just tell people that. We would have went to the bar or something. Now we’ll never go there again and tell anyone else to find another place to eat. F...read full review
