“It’s automated but you would think you’d get greeted while you’re in there and if you look stuck like I was you would think someone would ask if you needed help which they did not. Took me over 20 minutes to figure out what I was doing. I love Crumbl but won’t be returning to this location. At least the cookies were delish.“

“Ordering was a little awkward since you’re standing there reading the menu and trying to decide while everyone just kind of stares, without really offering recommendations. However, my husband and I ordered the dark chocolate frozen yogurt on a waffle cone and the salted caramel, and both were absolutely divine. You can tell the waffle cones are baked fresh. This is definitely my favorite dessert spot here, would come again!“

“I work nearby and love to come here for lunches. Service is always good, the employees are super friendly and accommodating. It can get busy at times but we’ve never had a significant wait. I love their breakfast menu and the French toast is incredible!“
