Totally underwhelmed with this place. It looks like it’s going to be amazing but as we have learned, looks can be deceiving. We got salted caramel and dark chocolate yogurt. The salted caramel had no salt taste and was super sweet. The dark chocolate tasted more like regular milk chocolate. The shop looks nice but shouldn’t the yogurt be the attraction?
The clerk who waited on us (Melanie, by name) had excellent customer service skills. The establishment was clean, and the food was high-quality.(Yes, it's not cheap, but you're on 30A; what did you expect?) Accounting for the location and quality, the prices were fair; not great, fair.Note: I visited in January of '23.

Dawsons Yogurt is a really cute ice cream/froyo/chocolate shop in the Santa Rosa town center. From both the outside and inside is really classic looking, which is really cool. We were really craving ice cream and got lucky to see Dawsons! We got the chocolate with sprinkles and mixed berry sorbet, and it really satisfied our craving.
