Disappointed. It cost $30 to get three vanilla cones that were barely filled with a couple of sprinkles on top. The staff were rude and seemed annoyed we were there. We asked about the flavors and they responded with a curt “I don’t know.” Sad because it’s a great location and we’ve had wonderful service everywhere else on 30A. I would save your money and go anywhere else if you want a sweet treat

Dawsons Yogurt is a really cute ice cream/froyo/chocolate shop in the Santa Rosa town center. From both the outside and inside is really classic looking, which is really cool. We were really craving ice cream and got lucky to see Dawsons! We got the chocolate with sprinkles and mixed berry sorbet, and it really satisfied our craving. Though the mixed berry sorbet did taste like bubblegum. It was nice to go inside and look around too Food recs: Chocolate with sprinkles

Totally underwhelmed with this place. It looks like it’s going to be amazing but as we have learned, looks can be deceiving. We got salted caramel and dark chocolate yogurt. The salted caramel had no salt taste and was super sweet. The dark chocolate tasted more like regular milk chocolate. The shop looks nice but shouldn’t the yogurt be the attraction?

This is a regular spot to get a treat with my kids after their work shifts in Seaside. Vanilla and chocolate swirl soft serve on a cone.

The flavors are not it. They had okay options but the flavors don't taste right and it is insanely expensive. The chocolate shake was almost inedible. Zero flavor. Won't go back sadly ): recommend looking into tasting and making these flavors perfect, having more topping options, lowering the price or make a deal, give a great customer experience. Everything else from the Dawson group is awesome.

Wanted to like it, but they made it hard. both the regular cone and waffle cone were hardly filled above the rim. the vanilla soft-serve tasted like it had residual flavoring from the last batch while the chocolate frozen yogurt tasted off, almost as if expired. Workers were sitting on the counter when we walked in and seemed annoyed we were there.

$21 for two ice creams to melt all over the place after we get it? Absolutely not! Will not go again!

Prices have gone way up and they no longer let you sample anything before you buy. $7 for a soft serve cone is getting a little steep, even for this area.

It was unacceptable, horrendous service, and they were strings and a little itty-bitty chunks in my froyo. The worker was give me some attitude, it was at least you run the place give me all that mhmhmmmm were never going back, won't ever want to go back and won't recommend ever going back!!!

The clerk who waited on us (Melanie, by name) had excellent customer service skills. The establishment was clean, and the food was high-quality.(Yes, it's not cheap, but you're on 30A; what did you expect?) Accounting for the location and quality, the prices were fair; not great, fair.Note: I visited in January of '23.

Got a cup of soft serve. The cup was small and just filled to the rim. When I held it up and said that's not much ice cream for $7 she said welcome to Seaside. I understand pricing for location but tiny portions and high price left a bad taste in my mouth.
