You can tell the owner, or whoever comes up with the menu, puts a lot of care, thinking, and thought into how they craft their food. The service was impeccable. The location looks like just your average sandwich shop, but the food hits way above the belt.”

We usually eat our same favorites Asparagus/Crab soup, House Salad and Firecracker Grouper!!! Owners are always present working alongside their servers to make sure we have the best experience! Last night was husband's birthday and the Chocolate /Oreo Crust dessert with Asian Red vanilla bean ice cream topped it off! Great food, great atmosphere! (My birthday is in a few weeks!)”

“Pazzo was recommended by Trish at the front desk of Embassy Suites and BOY are we glad she did. We didn’t make reservations (but should have) and had to sit at the pizza bar but it was perfect. It was warm and toasty on a bitterly cold night. My husband had the chicken parm and his only complaint was that there wasn’t enough chicken. My kid ordered off the adult menu and got ravioli with pesto and marinara and gave it FIVE BOOMS! I am not into pasta so I ordered the mussels and a Caesar salad and both were delicious. I highly recommend this as a spot to hit when in the Destin area.”

I ordered the Fall Grouper, and I can’t even put into words how good it was. Perfect flavor, cooked flawlessly… I’ve been thinking about it since we left 😂 We shared our compliments with the staff, and Chef Caleb even came out to talk to us personally, which made the experience even more special. “A MUST try if your in the area. A beautiful location with the best drinks and food. We stopped in for lunch and had the crab& leek soup and split a cheeseburger with bacon. Probably the best burger I've ever had and the FRIES!! OMG! The drinks are top notch. Staff and owner are absolutely kind, sweet and beautiful. The brunch and dinner menu looked amazing. 10/10 a must stop if you're on the Emerald Coast! Say hello to Gator and Kim for me!!”

“With surprisingly few local craft breweries in the area, Idyll Hounds was a welcome oasis with a large and varied selection of high quality brews. My wife and I loved trying all the sour beers and a few others over two visits during our beach vacation! Fun side note - we were at a restaurant dining at the bar and talking to the bartender about Idyll Hounds and the owners happened to be sitting right next to us! Nice folks!”

“The staff here is AMAZING! Sent a message earlier making sure they had safe options for my son (he has a peanut allergy.) When we walked in they recognized us and were so helpful and thoughtful. They even took extra precautions to wash hands and change gloves to make sure to avoid cross contamination. My mama heart is forever grateful! We can’t wait to come back here every visit! “I highly recommend. Prema Organic Cafe staff share a lot of love with every order. Their coffee is fantastic. Their gluten free blueberry scones are excellent. I love that they have healthy choices and all gluten free. It’s hard to find gluten free cafes and, being celiac, their choices knocked my socks off. Their drip coffee is excellent and their cold brew is excellent. 😘”

“It was our first time going, and we weren’t sure what to expect, but as we were pulling in the parking lot, a man rolled down his window and told us the food was awesome and to try the pork chops. We tried the simple starter. Bread, oil, and herbs. Simple but flavorful! Highly recommend I had the side summer salad and Krioyo pasta. The salad, no joke, was amazing. Full of color and flavor, might be the best salad I’ve ever eaten. The pasta was a generous serving, creamy and spicy with sausage and shrimp, full of flavor! My husband had the pork chops, cheese grits, and fries (I wish he got the collards instead of the fries, but it *was* his meal, so…). The cheese grits were a delicious surprise to me. So, so, so good. If we go back, I’m definitely ordering them (and the collards). The pork chops were, true to our parking lot critic’s word, awesome. I will definitely return. The atmosphere was laid back and wonderful, the food delicious, and the team members were fantastic. 10 out of 10 recommend! I’ve included pictures in the comments, because I love real life pics of food!”

The level of condescension from the female bartender was unfathomable. What a joke! After reading reviews mirroring my own experience and descriptions of the food likening it to overpriced Golden Corral buffet junk, I think it's safe to say I dodged a bullet !”

They fed our large group and everyone loved it. The Longleaf Writers Conference is a big fan of Bud & Alley's - a supporter of our local educational outreach program for ten years! (The rooftop bar for sunset can't be missed.)”

“We went here last night 6.19.25 & Paris was our waitress and she went above and beyond. This place was packed from the moment it opened, we were her first night table of 12& she instantly had a bigger table of 15 and she handled both with grace and the most professionalism! We will 100% be back because of the food and Paris! Also, the food was so amazing. Great portion sizes! Outside there is a pool full of alligators that you can look at while you wait!”

We all got to talking after trivia and noticed the bar staff cleaning up around us and figured it had to be close to closing time (9pm). So feeling rushed we ended our conversation and left. We got to our car and realized it had just turned 9pm. Food is 'ok'. Drinks are same. I'm glad they have some weekly events to bring in the crowds but I hate feeling rushed out. As a local I'd never suggest it to a visitor. Definitely won't make it a regular spot. Stop rushing your paying customers out. Eny your crowds while you have them.”

First off she's from New Jersey and knows good Italian food and secondly the owners are from Long Island New Jersey and New York. The lemon shrimp off the chain. The Caesar is like a shot of garlic cream unbelievable.. The pizza was cooked perfectly. My Italian sub stacked and the pasta salad that came with it and the pepperoncini's amazing. if you get the lemon shrimp you have to dip the breadsticks in it :-)”

The outdoor space used to be amazing with the turf and extra seating, what happened?! Hoping it’s just a transition as it there seems to be new management or ownership. The four staff were like coordinated dancers listening to customer orders and each performing their roles:Barista, flat-top cook, smoothie maker, wrap maker… and then they would shift seamlessly as multiple orders came in.
