“We have been coming to Basmati's for over 20 years! As locals here on 30-A we have not found any other restaurant that compares to them! We usually eat our same favorites Asparagus/Crab soup, House Salad and Firecracker Grouper!!! Owners are always present working alongside their servers to make sure we have the best experience! Last night was husband's birthday and the Chocolate /Oreo Crust dessert with Asian Red vanilla bean ice cream topped it off! Great food, great atmosphere! (My birthday is in a few weeks!)”

“Pazzo was recommended by Trish at the front desk of Embassy Suites and BOY are we glad she did. We didn’t make reservations (but should have) and had to sit at the pizza bar but it was perfect. It was warm and toasty on a bitterly cold night. My husband had the chicken parm and his only complaint was that there wasn’t enough chicken. My kid ordered off the adult menu and got ravioli with pesto and marinara and gave it FIVE BOOMS! I am not into pasta so I ordered the mussels and a Caesar salad and both were delicious. I highly recommend this as a spot to hit when in the Destin area.”

“It was our first time going, and we weren’t sure what to expect, but as we were pulling in the parking lot, a man rolled down his window and told us the food was awesome and to try the pork chops. We tried the simple starter. Bread, oil, and herbs. Simple but flavorful! Highly recommend I had the side summer salad and Krioyo pasta. The salad, no joke, was amazing. Full of color and flavor, might be the best salad I’ve ever eaten. The pasta was a generous serving, creamy and spicy with sausage and shrimp, full of flavor! My husband had the pork chops, cheese grits, and fries (I wish he got the collards instead of the fries, but it *was* his meal, so…). The cheese grits were a delicious surprise to me. So, so, so good. If we go back, I’m definitely ordering them (and the collards). The pork chops were, true to our parking lot critic’s word, awesome. I will definitely return. The atmosphere was laid back and wonderful, the food delicious, and the team members were fantastic. 10 out of 10 recommend! “We had dinner here twice this week while on vacation and after coming to 30A for years, i can ho estly say this is our favorite, and the best restaurant we've eaten at. The atmosphere is unmatched, food is consistent and amazing, and the service is amazing. They seat anywhere between 1,000 to 1,800 people a night and you wouldn't know it. They run it like a well oiled machine, make you feel taken care of without being over bearing or feel like you're being rushed. We Anna the first night and she was very personable and knowledgeable, took amazing care of, and tonight we had Cesar and he was the same way. They have a great bourbon selection and he was very knowledgeable about even that and directed us to one of their barrel Elijah Craig Toasted Oak personal barrel picks that was awesome. Amazing fish, and The Best key lime pie we've ever had. Not sure how anyone could give this place a negative review. You won't be disappointed with anything if you choose to come here! Ask for Cesar or Ana's section!”

“Bud & Alley's is the best waterfront dining in Seaside and likely all of 30A. The breakfast is particularly excellent, and the staff is attentive and kind. They fed our large group and everyone loved it. The Longleaf Writers Conference is a big fan of Bud & Alley's - a supporter of our local educational outreach program for ten years! (The rooftop bar for sunset can't be missed.)”

“This is a friendly locals place serving breakfast comfort foods you enjoyed growing up if you grew up in this area. It's no frills and therefore very reasonably priced. LOTS of tradesmen stop in for breakfast and lunch as they start the day given there's a builder's lumber and hardware store nearby. The food is fresh (the fries are home made, not frozen). The biscuits are some of the best I've had. Only shortfall is there's no restroom inside (have to use the convenience store that's adjacent). Small detriment, though, as the food is worth that slight inconvenience.

“I had to stop myself from coming back here every day of our vacation. The gluten free 5-cheese sandwich was SO good!! There are benches right in front of the truck that offer shade, as well as the perfect spot for people watching.

Buying our toddler an “I had a meltdown on 30a” shirt also felt apt (😂), so we are unlikely to forget about this place anytime soon!”

“We started coming here as locals for trivia. Met a few couples tonight at the bar who were traveling in for the week. We all got to talking after trivia and noticed the bar staff cleaning up around us and figured it had to be close to closing time (9pm). So feeling rushed we ended our conversation and left. We got to our car and realized it had just turned 9pm. Food is 'ok'. Drinks are same. I'm glad they have some weekly events to bring in the crowds but I hate feeling rushed out. As a local I'd never suggest it to a visitor. Definitely won't make it a regular spot. Stop rushing your paying customers out. Eny your crowds while you have them.”

“Highlight of our trip! Chef Patrick catered an in home dinner for our family celebrating my parents’ 50th in June 2023 at the house we rented for the week. He worked with me on the menu, accommodating varying adult preferences and making sure our ages 9-15 kids were well fed too. We had so much fun watching him cook and talking that we never actually went to the dining room and instead chose to sit around the kitchen counter. The food was amazing, beautifully presented, and he made sure the kitchen was spotless before he left. Although it was a bit of a splurge, it was worth every penny and we would have Patrick back in a heartbeat!”

“I’m a local and have been eating at your restaurant for the past couple of years. You have a wonderful little gem—it’s always clean and welcoming, with friendly service. It’s a great place for locals and a special spot for tourists to discover while visiting our area.

During my most recent visit, I ordered the two-egg breakfast with coffee and substituted an English muffin for the toast. I also requested a packet of cream cheese, as I have many times before. When paying, I noticed a $1 charge for the cream cheese, which I haven’t been charged for in the past.

I completely understand that restaurants sometimes need to charge for extras. My concern isn’t really about the dollar; it’s that the charge seems inconsistent from one visit to another, and I wasn’t told about it when ordering. Had I known, I would have simply kept the wheat toast rather than paying for cream cheese packets when I didn’t even use both packets of cream cheese.

You have a wonderful restaurant, and I’ll certainly continue coming back. I only wanted to offer a friendly suggestion that the team let customers know whenever a requested item carries an additional charge.

First off she's from New Jersey and knows good Italian food and secondly the owners are from Long Island New Jersey and New York. The lemon shrimp off the chain. The Caesar is like a shot of garlic cream unbelievable.. The pizza was cooked perfectly. My Italian sub stacked and the pasta salad that came with it and the pepperoncini's amazing. if you get the lemon shrimp you have to dip the breadsticks in it :-)”

The four staff were like coordinated dancers listening to customer orders and each performing their roles:Barista, flat-top cook, smoothie maker, wrap maker… and then they would shift seamlessly as multiple orders came in.
