“Thoughtfully crafted menu. One of the best meals you can get down in this area regardless of price or hype. Move this restaurant to a major food city, and it would thrive. Service is iffy, but who cares. Get in, get some good tacos, and go about your day.“

“Curiosity inspired my first visit but the warmth of my reception brought me back. Some might say the counter-served food is typical Mexican but that falls far short considering the fresh ingredients, the options and level of service. The narrow aisles of the grocery side of the building are chucked full of tantalizing imports, many with very spicy options. There are also colorful necessities from piñatas to sombreros and religious reminders. The online money transfer desk was buzzing with smiling faces and fun banter.“

“Edit: This happened in Freeport. Highly do not recommend to come here if you plan to pay with a Card. Used my card to pay for the bill and tip. Checked my account the next day and they took out more than what the bill was for. Called the restaurant to speak with a manager out of curiousity to ask why I was billed more, as I signed the check for a certain amount. The guy was instantly rude. Claimed according to his screen I paid "this amount for food, this amount for tips, and this amount for tax. Totalling this" Listening to those amounts... there was more than I wrote for the tip (and it wasnt like I left a bad tip to begin with). I told him the receipt I had signed wasn't that amount for the tip. He sounded pretty agitated about it claiming that was the amount I was billed for. I get that, but that's not the amount my receipt nor what I signed for was... He wasn't even physically looking at their copy of the signed receipt and I tried explaining that I did not authorize that much. I ended up hanging up on them before they got me to the point of being rude back. They can keep the extra tip. They can lose another customer. If you decide to go to this restaurant, be careful. Sounded like the "manager" of this place didn't even care they done that.“

“We have been dining in Mezcal Mexican grill for numerous years now...and keep coming again and again. It is just excellent every time. Service is attentive and quick..food is excellent and a nice ambiance. Also our server Pat was professional and amazing..thank you.. Will be back for sure“

“I honestly wish that I can show you pictures of how delicious my food was, but unfortunately, I devoured… I mean, inhaled my tacos! This place literally has the most delicious tacos that I have ever had and I’ve lived in California for 10 years and I’m half Colombian… so I know a good taco when I see one“
