This was the best breakfast we had in 30A. The buttermilk biscuits are phenomenal. They live up to their name of “scratch biscuits.” The star of the show is the strawberry jam. I wish they sold jars of it to take home. The apple butter is also amazing. The pancakes are nice and fluffy. We love the outdoor seating area. This place is amazing. The best deal in Seaside. their lunch special incredible, you gets so much food and it’s high-quality for only $12. I highly encourage everyone to stop here, at least once on the trip to Seaside. what a place! Also, their biscuits are to die

The food looked and smelled amazing. Unfortunately I was on a strict diet and the Salad dressing did not come with dressing the first time. We went during Spring break and there was a super long line so ordering was very backed up and slow. Staff seemed overwhelmed with 1 register opened during peak season. The restaurant was very nice and well put together with seating inside and out.
