“The Cioppino was spectacular! Large sized scallops and jumbo shrimps. Wow! Tomato based broth was so comforting. Kim the owner was kind and welcoming. This is a small restaurant. I was half way sitting in the kitchen it felt like but it was so inviting I didn't mine since I was there alone. Definitely would recommend getting a reservation for more than 3 guest. The restaurant got crowded quick. No paper menu--Kim comes to your table and tells you what's on the menu for the night. You can tell she loves her job and does a wonderful job at it!“
“Delicious pizza, bread knots, chicken Parm and lasagna. The lasagna did come out lukewarm and not hot. My little pet peeve for food to not come out streaming hot. We didn't make reservations on a Saturday so we had to sit at the pizza bar, which ended up not being so bad. Watching them make the food was actually nice. I will make reservations next time since the busy season is starting.“
“So, my family and I have been vacationing in Santa Rosa Beach for 15 + years. Almost always, we stay in Old Florida Village. I've driven by Cafe Tango a multitude of times but for some reason, never eaten there.Until last night. After a late afternoon at the beach, I called Cafe Tango and was able to make a reservation for 7:30 p.m., probably because the real crowds arrive for spring break next week. When we arrived, all of the tables in the small restaurant were filled with diners, all of whom appeared to be enjoying their meals. What followed for my family and me - including my sons, 15 and 12, was one of the best meals we have ever had in or around 30A (and we've eaten at a lot of restaurants). Impeccable, friendly service, absolutely delicious food, and excellent wine. The dishes - Dancing Fish, Basque Fish, and Lobster Ravioli were, literally, to die for, and I mean that. The Baked Brie appetizer was worth the trip alone. My 12 year old raved about it!Honestly, just a fantastic dining experience at a local restaurant that is independently owned and has been in business for 25 years. I promise you we will return again and again in years to come when we drive down from Nashville.“
“Angelina's is a small mom & pop restaurant with good flavors. Luckily we arrived before the dinner rush and we're able to sit down to eat. As soon as we entered we were greeted and sat promptly. We ordered the shrimp scampi, calzone and kids fettuccine alfredo. The food was flavorful and portions were large. We definitely enjoyed ourselves and hope to return. If you are craving pizza, pasta or a nice salad check out Angelina's. You won't be disappointed!“
“Pizza pie is good, key lime pie is sensational! This is a pizza joint and the pizza is good. Not bad and not great but as good as Bruno's or Angeline's. Most of the pizza places on 30a are about the same pizza qualityBUT, the key lime pie here is outta this world! It is not overly sweet, it has a wonderful creamy and silky texture. It is dense and heavy but so, so delicious. I can say it is the best key lime I've ever had.And the kids working there are always polite and quick.“
“This is a great spot to get out of the sun in the summer and the wind in the winter. The pizza is better than ever since they moved to the new spot and I'm a big fan of the Brussels sprouts. Yum! Some of the best cocktails in Seaside, too. They make a great manhattan.“
“I have been to so many pizza places along the gulf, North fl, and central Florida but none have compared to this place! I am blown away at the food, flavors and freshness. Laid back vibes all around and a twist of creative humor. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!“
“It was our first time at Mimmo’s. I had the vodka pasta and my husband had the meat lasagna. Both dishes were outstanding, as well as the bread. The only thing that really tainted our experience was the service. It took 5-7 minutes for any staff member to speak to us besides the hostess that sat us. One finally asked if we had been helped and proceeded to serve us. Towards the end of our meal (around 8:45, they close at 9), our waiter took off his apron, and the rest of the staff started closing up the place. This including sweeping and shutting off some of the lights. I’ve worked in the service industry and this was seen as rude and untoward. I’ve never worked in a restaurant that we were allowed to both take off our uniforms and start closing while customers were still present. Really sad because the food was incredible.“
