We enjoyed our dinner on the outside patio - felt like we were on a private date in Italy (just the 2 of us outside due to the rain but we requested it, loved it, didn't get wet and it was a great ambiance). The mozzarella ball appetizer is 10/10 amazing - along with everything else we had. Chatted with the owner several times - super nice guy and obviously cares about his business, he is right there side by side working with his employees - this is what GREAT business ownership looks like! If you haven't had a chance to try it out - YOU MUST GO!“

“We ordered Olive Garden in Panama City for Mother’s Day as a special meal for our family. Unfortunately, when we got home, the portions were extremely small and honestly disappointing for a $50–$55 order plus tip. It felt like hardly any food was included.

However, I really want to recognize manager Karron for the way she handled the situation. When I called, she was very understanding, professional, and kind. She apologized sincerely and said there was no excuse, even with it being Mother’s Day and very busy. She immediately corrected and handled the situation with excellent customer service.

Mistakes happen, especially on busy holidays, but good management and genuine care make all the difference. Karron turned a frustrating experience into one where we still felt valued as customers. Olive Garden is lucky to have a manager like her.“

“Ordered Pizza here twice because it was so good while we were here on vacation. Their pizza sauce is to die for, huge fan! We tried the thin crust and stuffed crust and loved both. I also got a Greek salad and the size was more than generous, could share with the whole family. Very flavorful and great quality!“
