Got a craving for a nostalgic dessert and I was deeply disappointed. As I walked in I was greeted promptly with a server leaning on the counter and a blank face. I saw the slices of cookies with pink and purple colored icing which was a let down. When I asked if I could get a slice with just the white icing (I'm allergic to the color additives) she said she could scrape off the color icing and put on the white icing. That is terrible! How they don't have fresh cookie cakes to be customized is a shame. Will not go back.

One of the workers here really doesn't like to work obviously. She is in the wrong part of town throwing that kind of attitude. People expect a certain level of professionalism. You will not get it from her.

Asked for the filling of the Oreo ice cream cake but decorated like the sprinkle cake. The 2 Jamaican girls working were rude but said they could do that. Picked up the cake and cut it and it was solid vanilla all the way through. Picture to reference the order card and what we got. I’m not sure if the girls wrote it incorrectly since there’s no mention of Oreo or chocolate cake or what but it’s definitely not what we asked for. Disappointing and didn’t taste great. At least the outside was cute looking.

Went on May 4th. Place was unkept and looked unorganized. The display cones on the counter top were so old that they had literally wilted. I should have left at that point. The staff were unengaged, not wearing any kind of uniform or branded shirt (I was not sure at first if they worked there). The marble slab was not cold so it was wet when my ice cream was mixed with Oreos. Not all ingredients were added to the order (I’m not sure if they were out of stock or the guy behind the counter just didn’t care, but no explanation). We got our bill… $7.89 for a small cup of ice cream and $8.89 for a regular cone. The shopping center is nice so I hope they turn this place around. Giving two stars because I can’t in good conscience give ice cream a single star.

It was great but I'm shocked that a round cookie came with no writing on it (because I was in a hurry) was $41.99 plus tax!!!!

The cookies were very greasy. My kids could not eat the cookies Plus the place look dirty the floor was sticky!

We have always had good experiences here until today. We waited 30 minutes past the time for a preordered cake and then getting something that looked like a 3 year decorated was really disappointing, especially for the price paid. The pattern around the side was suppose to have red, green, brown and white, but she didn’t even get the brown and white pattern correctly, missing several places. The brown is squished between or really tiny, in addition to all the letters and hands looking like spikes with claws. I was hoping it would still taste good despite the poor decoration job but unfortunately it was crispy and hard.
Nine dollars for a single scoop of ice cream... Just a heads up. It should be illegal to charge innocent people as much for ice cream even though this is some of the richest clientele in the area.

My family and I came in tonight at 7pm. We ordered 40+ dollars of ice cream but at no point did the 3 staff members offer us any of the mix ins which were supposed to be unlimited. It seems like they very quickly worked to put our orders in bowls rather than have to go through the work of actually mixing in toppings and putting it all on the slab. I thought maybe they didn't offer because it was a significant up charge but the website says they're unlimited. I tried to leave feedback on the website and that link was broken. We'll never come back here. We should've just gone to Seaside. I recommend anyone else to the same. This review is for the location by Publix just north of Seaside across from Watercolor. I couldn't leave a review for it because the location wasn't on Yelp.

Staff was very friendly! I got a vanilla shake which tasted pretty good and a snickerdoodle cookie which was good. My only complaint would be the price, but since this is a vacation hotspot the price was to be expected
