Walked in on a slower day after the new location opened, Michael K was so sweet! He helped us with the arcade and was just so friendly and caring! He was excited for the new opening and cared about the customers! We can’t wait to visit

Got a craving for a nostalgic dessert and I was deeply disappointed. As I walked in I was greeted promptly with a server leaning on the counter and a blank face. I saw the slices of cookies with pink and purple colored icing which was a let down. When I asked if I could get a slice with just the white icing (I'm allergic to the color additives) she said she could scrape off the color icing and put on the white icing. That is terrible! How they don't have fresh cookie cakes to be customized is a shame. Will not go back.

To all of my fellow ice cream lovers,If you're looking for a good, nice, cold ice cream off a marble slab, DO NOT GO HERE. I went here with my family and friend hoping for a nice ice cream treat and what we got was a melted, room temperature, thrown-together ice cream cone. Not only was the ice cream consistency not acceptable, the workers were very rude as well. As I put in my order, the worker glared me and rolled her eyes. She acted like we were stupid. It was as if the last thing she wanted was to be there. Not only was her attitude bad, but when she was putting together my ice cream instead of chopping it up and then mixing it together well, she slowly just pressed it into a ball so it wasn't mixed well at all. The only reason I'm giving this two stars and not one is because even though the ice cream was room temperature and melted, it still tasted pretty good. Going here was a huge waste of my time and I'm strongly advising you NOT TO GO HERE. (Not speaking for the Great American Cookie Company section...)

The one star reviews on this place are ridiculous. Yes it's expensive in walking distance to Rosemary beach. Yes it's hard to hire staff these days. Our family had an awesome experience with great friendly staff. The set up is a bit chaotic, but staff was patient with our kids (and me). Definitely worth an after dinner outing if you are staying in the area or dining in the complex.

We asked them to make a cookie cake because we found the Hawaii license plate in Texas. They pulled through and it it gorgeous. I would recommend them to anyone 100%!!

We were visiting in Rosemary Beach and called through Doordash to order a cookie cake late in the evening, 30 minutes before closing. The girl was so sweet and accommodating. Even though Doordash wasn't available to deliver, the girl said she had a friend who would make sure we got it. The friend ended up being her MOTHER!! It was the sweetest thing that they got this to us. And her mom had to walk the last block due to a street closure! Above and beyond!! They were so great!! Cookie was great too!

I love this place!! If you like cookies you can't go wrong here. My boyfriend was having a sweet tooth craving which is not typical so I jumped all over that. Found this place close to where we were staying which worked out perfectly. The staff was awesome! Thanks guys for putting up with our tipsy friend. We were thinking of ordering a cake but they closed in 5 minutes and it was going to be fifteen before they could even frost it. Bummer! So we decided on cookie cake slices. When you come to a place this late, you worry about the freshness but wow!!! They tasted like they had come from the oven. Delish!!! I had two pieces that night. The other real perk about this place is the ability to get ice cream here. My daughter really wanted ice cream so we were able to satiate both needs at the same place. It was a win-win! I love that they offer both and that late or not, the quality was on point. I won't hesitate to come back here every time we visit Rosemary. Thanks guys for the high quality and great service!

Have been going there for years and the customer service is second to none... the cookies are the best and the ice cream and shakes are the best in the area - the owners are there and work to make sure all is great -
