i have been driving by this place for 4 years and finally stopped, and im glad i did, i will say this is my top 3 favorite restaurant in all Panama city. Food was real good 0 complaints the staff were awesome, i got a drink and the bartender walked over to where i was seated to ask me a question then made some small talk supper cool of them to do that. I hope they do company partys here because i would love to have my end of year party here for my company.

Today was our first visit to Shades Bar & Grill. We were there for lunch & the food & service (our server was Sarah) could not have been better. We ordered the chicken & sausage gumbo, Philly cheesesteak & the chicken jalapeño ranch wrap. Our sides were onion rings & sweet potato fries, however we had a hard time making a selection because of the many great food options to choose from.
