“No one was in sub shop. So I ordered and thought it wouldn't take too long. He didn't start sub at all for at least 15 min or longer. So I didn't get my sub for at least 20 min. This also happened last time I was in there.. I don't know why they do this. Last time a lady was making subs, People that ordered after I did was getting theirs before me. Like 3 different people. I then spoke up and asked what the problem was. Then I waited another 15min before my order was ready. I haven't been back. Food is good, but service is terrible ?.”

“I’ve been dining at this venue since I was barely walking, long before the current owner and I can assure you it’s managed now better than ever. It’s a local favorite and Melissa and staff have done awesome things here. Literally a place where everybody knows your name and knows your ‘usual’ order. Still my favorite after all these years.”

“From day 1 (opening day), every time we went to this location, the service was great. I could hear the employees clear. They answered my 100 questions lol without getting aggravated or being nasty to me. After my order was placed and I paid, the food was right out. Everything was made correctly. I was actually impressed. So no complaints here, good job! Keep up the good work!”
