About Dunkin' Donuts

Dunkin' is a restaurant with great menu choices, including iced coffee, donuts, hash rounds, bagels, muffins, and a Watermelon Refresher. The coffee and hot chocolate are delicious, and the donuts are well made. Customers appreciate the $5 meal deal and the app for earning points and deals, noting that buying coffee Monday through Friday can earn free coffees on the weekend.

Service is frequently described as above and beyond, great, prompt, delightful, amazing, friendly, and polite. The staff is consistently nice and puts a smile on customers' faces, with no tone or attitude. The drive-through moves fairly quickly and is often not long, with staff being fast at getting orders out. Many customers report never having a problem with their order, and some note their regular order is known by heart. However, there can be occasional issues. Items like hash rounds may arrive cold, and the restaurant can run out of certain items, like specific donuts by the evening or muffins, which is a point of frustration. One specific donut, the brownie batter donut, was not cared for by one reviewer. The selection of donuts is sometimes wished to be more like it was in the past.

Overall, the experience is often delightful, with many customers planning to return. The staff sets a positive example for service, making Dunkin' a welcome addition to the area.
