The manager Corey McKinna kicked us out of our booth. After we waited 20 minutes for our drink orders to be taken. Because our one year old infant's high chair was a fire risk that they provided, even though we insisted We needed a booth for our autistic son.

Absolutely trash service by the server and especially the manager Corey McKenna! He kicked us out of our booth that our autistic son literally NEEDS to be in because he cannot sit at a chair table all all because appearantly our one year old cannot sit in a high chair MADE FOR BABIES because it’s a safety hazard. I have worked at applebees my entire adult life and have never heard of this and also called my manager of the Applebees I worked at and he said that’s not even a thing. The manager disrespected our family with a baby and a an autistic little boy. We also waited 10 mins for a server to come for our drinks. We left without getting food.

Very disappointed. Paid extra for extra celery for our appetizer and didn’t get any celery at all much less the extra. Paid extra for onion rings $4.67 as a side instead of standard fries and we got 5 rings.
This was our first tine using door dash and I don’t mind paying for the convenience however I do expect the order to be right and the serving to be adequate.
It’s been a long time since we ate out or even at Applebees for that matter and this was supposed to be a treat. I’m really not impressed

Today I stopped to eat at this restaurant in Inverness. The atmosphere was nice, but the food service was terrible. The food was cold, and I waited more than 30 minutes without any explanation. I explained the situation to the waitress, Barbara, who was very attentive, but it's not fair to pay for cold food and have to wait so long to be served. I urge the management to address this issue, as this kind of behavior negatively impacts the reputation of the Applebee's restaurant chain. Customers pay for good service and quality. I spent $58.55 today, not including the waitress's tip, only to receive this level of service

Only had one time where (at the bar) service was awkwardly bad. It was the bartender and she was all over the place with excuses. It wasn't crowded either. We genuinely like the service and food and go there often.

We had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I brought my father-in-law out since he was visiting from Scotland. First, we were informed that our infant daughter couldn’t sit in the high chair because it was a fire hazard. It took over an hour to get our food, and the salmon was raw (the manager told us it was “rare”). The chicken parmesan smelled like feet with barely any sauce, the grilled chicken was dry, and the salad was prepared incorrectly. One of the salads was completely missing. The wings were good, though.
We complained to the manager (Kristy), but she refused to give me her last name. She was completely rude and barked at us, saying she didn’t owe us anything and that the food was perfect, if the children hadn’t been with us this confrontation would’ve went a completely different direction. We had a $100 bill, and we still had to go home and cook. I highly recommend you all avoid this location and possibly go to the Crystal River location. We will not be returning. Our server Amelia was awesome though, still left a tip for her.

Pretty disappointed today, we sat at the high top in the bar area. When our food was delivered by another waiter, we had to call her back for silverware. I got the salmon, which sure has shrunk in size, but anyhow, I like a lemon wedge with my fish, but no one was found to ask for it, the bartender, who was our server asked us how we were doing, as she took my husband's plate, and I had one bite left of the salmon. Would have thought someone would have come by sooner to see if we needed something. The bar had two couples sitting there, and one table behind us that just got there. So she wasn't busy.

I paid with a gift card and they lost it and made it seem like I took the gift card . Manger came out to my truck and looked in my wallet and all round my truck . This was so incredibly embarrassing….

I hate to even put a bed review as I am a server myself but come on I Waited forever for food then the server Aubrey took 14 minutes to even give us are card back! Then never gave us the card back after she dropped off are receipt totally skipped my mind so had to turn around and then go back in and then she acted like it was my fault manager Christine tried to even come search my car ! Are you kidding me ! Check your cameras to see we never get our card will not be coming back!

Lashika was amazing and she was the sweetest soul ever. She served her drinks perfectly and very efficiently. Guess we’re walking in 15 minutes before close and she still treated them with a courtesy. We can’t wait to visit her again!!
