I recently had the misfortune of dining at this Applebee's location, and unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. While the food was mediocre, the service was subpar. Our server rarely attended to our table, despite being a large party of nine celebrating a special occasion. We deliberately arrived early to avoid peak hours, but the server seemed more engaged with colleagues than attending to our needs.
Furthermore, there were discrepancies with our orders, including a request for cocktail sauce that was incorrectly fulfilled with marinara sauce. When brought to the server's attention, she argued that the marinara sauce was indeed cocktail sauce. Additionally, our meals were not served simultaneously, adding to the overall disappointment.
As frequent patrons of Applebee's, it's disheartening to encounter such poor service. I will make a conscious effort to avoid this location during future visits to the area.

Service is good food quality not consistent, been many times. Building is run down inside and outside, parking needs help too, men's restroom door is beginning to fall off the hinges, can barely open it. Been that way for at least 3 weeks.

Ordered food online to go. Only got half of the order. And the order was wrong too. Ordered the Chicken sandwich with fries and casedias salat. We recieved the sandwich with no fries and a southwestern salad with casedias and no dresing. When we called to make it right, we were hung up on and accused of cursing at the manager. When we called back we were told that the casedias salat is the same as the south western salat with casedias added to it. We were accused by the manager that we ordered it wrong. A person claiming to be in the business for 23 years acting like that?!?! Putting the blame of an incorrect order on the customer?!?!?! Refusing to refund the money upon return. And threatening with the police if the order will be returned. A letter will be submitted to cooperate and the Better Business Bureau . Unacceptable!!! Since when did Apple Bees turn into this?!?!?! Clean up management!!!!!! TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE AND HANDLE SITUATIONS LIKE THIS APPROPRIATELY!!!! THE RUDENESS WAS OUT OF LINE! THE THREADS AND ACCUSATIONS WERE UNCALLED FOR! MANAGEMENT HAS GONE TO HELL AND IT ONLY TOOK LESS THAT 2 MONTHS. CUSTOMER NO SERVICE!!!! GET YOUR PEOPLE OFF THE DRUGS AND TRAIN THEM PROPERLY! MAYBE YOU CAN GET YOUR ORDERS RIGHT ! Don't eat there you will get screwed and put down when you complain. Driven by arrogance and misplaced pride! Zero stars in my book !!!!!!

Stopped by for a quick drink and app, never again. No prices on the drink menu, why? Makes no sense, you are not a five star resturaunt, seems shady to me. Waitress was rude when I asked her to the price of a drink and asked her to find out. Stupidest move your restaurant could have made, never again.

This was a mobile pickup order. Applebee's had a promotion for several different burgers and fries for a very nice price. Everyone from the cook to the folks who packaged and brought it out to me were fantastic.

I have been going to this restaurant for many years never had a problem until tonight. The food was rubbery taking 10 minuts for drink refills food not coming out at the same time as the rest of the table. Then we asked for a to go box and they gave us a To go box that had someone else's food in the box. Not a good experience at all.
Fish fry was delicious. Two wines for prime of one.
