Staff was great very upset about the fact our appetizer came out after food this was our 5th time retrying this place the other 4 times the food was cold and the appetizers came out after the food thought we would try it one more time very unhappy about it happening

My best friends birthday. I called ahead, asked to bring in a custom cake with ice cream. They were able to fufill my simple request and yes they were busy. We all had a great time,! The service outstanding , Gary(?) and support staff WAS amazing!!! I cant thank you enough. Manager on duty was excellent, stopped by to make sure we enjoyed our stay. She explained why they can't accept reservations which is understandable. Overall we had a great time and thank you! We shall be back, smaller party of course.

Yummy food. 50 cent boneless wings where bomb ? ? Whisky bacon burger was perfect. Queso was loaded with jalapeños so way too spicy. The Chips were lacking. But I loved my captain morgan shark bowl drink. Our waitress was amazing... She was so busy trying to run the crowded bar answer the phone and wait tables. Yet she still managed to take great care of us.

WORST experience I have ever had at ANY Applebee's!The waitress (Jessica) was unattentive. Took her 30 minutes just to get drinks (only soda & ice teas ordered). Took an hour for the appetizer to come out, at which time we had to ask for refills on drinks after she came back with plates & silverware (which she didn't bring enough of). Took an hour and a half for the meals to come and only half the meals came out. It was another 10-15 minutes for the rest of the meals to come out. Some of which was cold by the time it was brought out.We placed our drinks, appetizer & meal order all at once.She never once checked on the table to see if everything was okay or if anything was need, until after everyone was done eating and she asked if we wanted dessert. And after all of that we had to go look for some one to get our bill, because she was no where to be seen.The restaurant manager (or who appeared to be the restaurant manager) was clueless. He didn't seem to notice the times it was taking for tables to be acknowledged and served.Definitely will not return.

Went there with an elderly client/patient and we both enjoyed our meals. Overall it was a pleasant experience. It's always a busy bustling, and loud place so be prepared, and don't expect a quiet dining experience. Service at the bar high top table was good, tho a bit slower because bartender was so busy, but other wait staff joined in to help deliver food, and it was good. Not overly great, but good. My oriental chicken salad was mostly fresh and tasty. His salmon was good, but didn't care for the "weird" garlic mashed potatoes he said. All in all we had a nice time. We'll definitely go again.
