We also had a bad experience, went in for a breakfast sandwich and got yelled (very mean lady) at because they were too busy. And it was during their breakfast time, 10 minutes before they changed over to lunch.
Im a big boy that eats a light weight and has never left hungry or disappointed. We love the Brooklyn Deli, Reva and the friendly local staff at Brooklyn Deli.
