I was told how great this restaurant is. Maybe my anticipation was too high. I just had everything bagel bacon, egg, and chese. Was very disappointed. The bagel was low flavor to me. Im from Bradenton we had 2 great bagel places. The bacon, egg, and cheese was ok. I stood at the counter like 5 minutes a woman cutting meat did seem surprised when she did notice me. I ordered Brooklyn bombers for lunch, they looked delicious and I will modify my review if it's great. I have heard best sandwich in town. I am currently a jersey mikes fan. Hoping it's good.

Love this place. The staff that works there is the reason I return and the food is delish! I can only comment on the grilled chicken Cesar salad cause that's what I always get. And I keep coming back :)

I got there 15 minutes before closing time, the lights were off. I asked if they were closed? She replied, well kinda. She asked me what I wanted? I said 2 sandwiches. Then they all looked at each other in silence. I said you know what, forget it. Unfortunately I have no idea if the food is good or not. Customer service is dead. I hope the owner reads this. I owned a successful restaurant for years, this isn’t how it’s done. Too bad, I love a good sandwich.

I'm from up north so coming to this place I was excited to walk in and have an Italian sandwich I looked at the menu to come and realize they had no Italian sandwich nor did they have any roasted red peppers in the building whatsoever so l ordered one of their most popular sandwich the Brooklyn bomber was excited to try even though I felt like just leaving, but I give it a shot. instantly regretted it. It's like having a side salad in your sandwich with a bunch of Italian dressing disgusting also disgraceful to the sandwich world please change your name know that this is a disgrace to name after Brooklyn not having an Italian sandwich
