What a hell hole! Those kids in there had no idea what they were doing. They had a dozen receipts lined up on the counter. We stood there waiting almost 10 minutes,and not a single person was even in the front area. The line was long,and everyone was impatient to get their food. We finally left, and went over to old reliable Sonnys,and got a delish sous pork 3 way. That crew needs to be purged

It never fails, the drive through order taker, always seems grouchy and annoyed when you come late at night. I get it, it's late, we're coming 15 minutes before you're closing, but guess what? You're still open, and we're still paying customers, therefore I do believe that we should be treated like any other customer should be treated and that is with kindness. You get paid to work that late, therefore until you close, you should make every customer feel welcomed, not like a burden. I don't typically write bad things, but this has been like an ongoing thing and sometimes you just can't get there till later. I work with customers as well, even the last minute stragglers like I tend to be. Never, ever, have I made them feel unwelcome because they came in late, but while we're still open. I treat them as if they've come in Right when we open, in the middle of the day, or when I'm dead tired and ready to go home. And that's with warmth and welcomeness, kindness and friendliness. Because that makes him want to come back even if they only have 5 minutes to shop around when they get there.
While the guy in the drive through was awesome with a great personality . Whoever made out food was not gave us black buns as burnt as could be! Put mayo over the black to hide it!

Paid over $11 for a meal that was inedible. Posting a picture as well of the whooper completely covered in salt and pepper. There is no way whoever made this burger didnt realize this thing was covered in salt. They never should have wrapped this up and given it to a customer.
Whopper was good and fresh. Fries has been sitting awhile.

Must be a new manager at night or lack of help because the restaurant was the filthiest I have ever seen it! Almost all the tables and booths were filthy. Crumbs spilled ketchup syrup. I did not see the seat of sadden had a layer of syrups build on it and when I went to get up my shorts were all sticky on the back from the spilled syrup and when I looked harder there were little tiny crumbs all over the place and the syrup was dripping off the edge of the table problem was from where I sat everyone I looked at had crumbs or ketchup or something on them and all the booze looked filthy that if you sat on then you would be sitting in something. The men's room had no toilet paper it was urine all over the floor around the urinal and the shade looked like someone had bathed two or three dogs covered in mud in them and it had it dripping off the sides. All the food tasted well however not sure that I want to eat and that type of environment again as it was almost unfit for humans to be in. Shame on the corporation or the person if it is a leased property
Parking: A dozen or so spots and two handicapped spots but restaurant sits on top of a very steep incline making it difficult for older folks or folks with disabilities to walk up to it
Actually, this one is quite clean but nothing special. The most you can hope for with any fast food establishment is that nothing untoward will be found in your food.

I went into the Inverness location around 130/140PM today (7/22/24) while waiting to order my food, I seen and HEARD a younger black man THAT WAS IN A BK UNIFORM BEHIND THE COUNTER cursing and talking very loud at another employee while she was taking orders at the front register. This is very unprofessional! I actually walked out and will not be back as long that young man is working..I am also informing everyone I know about this situation. I can say the woman at the register handled it well, while I was still inside the restaurant. Do better Burger King.

Ķind of difficult to navigate your way in and out of the parking lot do to the access roads being hidden. Other than that, food was prompt, and correct.
