Very nice coffee shop with great surroundings. I met some friends. Food I hear is great. I had a carmal coffee and was real nice.

Has anyone seen the menus for the meals That cattle dog has put out? I saw a wonderful steak dinner That was set for Wednesday night. So on Sunday, I ordered 2 meals online through their menu. Waited for it to be delivered on Wednesday and received a phone call at 6 PM. Telling me not only were they closed, but they weren't going to fulfill my order because they didn't get it before 2 PM today. I said I sent it online Sunday at 5:35 PM and paid that same day. I offered to send them proof but they declined. They told me to hang on and would call me right back. Their solution was, in their words, They have a leftover steak dinner that the manager can come pick up and bring to me. And they'll make me a flatbread. Needless to say, I will not be ordering one of their dinners again. And I told them to go ahead and just refund me. I'm thinking that's very poor customer service,

I stopped going in sometime after covid. This particular location went through a bunch of staff in a very short time. The service and the quality of product took a massive hit. Half the time the coffee tasted burnt or weak, there was absolutely no consistency. I tried talking to staff,to mgmt...finally i just decided to no longer waste my money at a company that didnt care about rhe quality of product or services rendered ,instead only caring about the profits there making. So glad multiple other options have opened up since... I havent been back in years, and never plan on returning. What a shame since I've been a customer since day one. (I sold you the shelves for your first location out of the Blockbuster that we were closing across the street)

Absolutely love this place. When I originally walked in. I didn't know what to expect but it's absolutely beautiful in there. Super spacious and they have a ton of options. The coffee was fantastic, the breakfast sandwiches were fantastic. Really looking forward to coming back.

What a little gem in downtown Inverness. Super cozy, spacious coffee shop. Live music, Thursday and Friday 11 to 1 pm!!! The coffee is delicious and the food Is amazing. A great place to meet at friends or just hang out and listen to some very talented musicians.

The coffee is amazing and I will leave it there. I have been coming to this place for many years and had an awful experience today. I ordered flatbread and it was burned twice. On the third try it was made correctly. What upset me the most is how the owner handled it. Didn’t offer to do anything to make it right except to make the flatbread how it should have been made the first time. Then the owner proceeds to tell me that he was charging his employees for the two burned ones! Not the way to run a business.

Really liked this place - is the perfect coffee shop. Recommend offering option of extra hot milk steam for those who like the lattes hotter (thus the 4 stars). Went every AM before going to hospital for sandwich and latte was a good start to a hard day.
