The lady with the lilac hair is very RUDE DISRESPECTFUL and plain NASTY and MEAN. Didn't even eat there because of it. Won't go again.

On 9/24/25 at 7:50pm We order two meals and we ask some questions about the quesadilla, apparently the manager with LiLac hair in a rude way said if is not on the menu we don't do it, is an online only, they MAKE us do it. I guess workers are to get paid by not working, well we let that remark go, but when we are ready to check out, the same manager said scan your QR code for the reward but she goes to talk to another employee and then comes back and we said we did the QR code for the free meal, she said we'll it did not take it because the system went to sleep and log off, so we said our points was taken off and she repeated the system was off, and we said but it took our points, so she said to the other employee handle them I can't deal with this, so we just left and did not buy anything. We will not be coming back, that manager has been rude before and this is the last for us.

So it looks like this lady has a reputation as the “colorful hair lady,” but she has been rude and salty to me on multiple occasions even when I’m kind and patient.
I have two years of experience in retail so I’m not being hypocritical and I know how customer service should be.

One time I ordered double meat in a burrito as I usually do, but there was a new employee who was struggling to fold it.
The “Colorful hair lady” got salty and told me I need to just get a bowl and a tortilla and wrap it myself, she was pretty mad at me.
I responded with a light hearted joke about giving the new employee’s experience, but she was still rude and salty to me.
After she kept being rude I said, “I feel like you’re fat shaming me,” as a joke to maybe make her stop being so rude.
She went pretty silent after that, probably cause she didn’t wanna get in trouble or something.
And then I recently had another experience.
I went through the digital pick up window, she asked me my name and I gave it to her, then she asked me what my drink was and it was lemonade. She turned away and looked pretty pissed because I guess she had to walk to the drink station outside of the kitchen.
When she gave me it I said, “Thank you,” and she just slammed the door and turned away.
I then look in my drink and realized she decided to be salty again and fill my ENTIRE cup with ice. Like I couldn’t even stick my straw in because how much ice she put in it, and there was barely any drink in it either. So I just went inside and poured out the ice and filled it myself.

I would like to mention that in my entire time of customer service at my old job, I never was rude to a single customer, no matter how rude they were to me. This is quite ridiculous especially considering that multiple people have mentioned how rude she is. Honestly she should be fired, that behavior is unacceptable.
And if she ends up reading this, I would like to say something.
You really shouldn’t be rude to people just because you’re having a bad day. We’re adults, we all have very difficult situations we handle. Although, it’s absolutely unacceptable to treat people rudely regardless of what you’re going through.
We all have problems, you shouldn’t let yours affect your job. Especially when you’re being paid for it, and I have to pay money to get that food.
I hope you can learn some kindness ma’am.
(P.S. Her customer service is the only problem I’ve had with that franchise, everyone else is very, very kind.)

The most rude staff you can imagine. They act as if you're a nuisance when you come in. Refusing to acknowledge you is one thing.. Every single employee doing so is ridiculous. They weren't even serving other customers.

Disappointing this place is going down hill

Today was the 3rd time in a row I had the brisket and taco was full of fat pieces of brisket

Can you throw the fat away when you cut up the brisket???

Don’t know if this is a bad employee putting the fat back in with the meat when they cut it up or restaurant being dirt cheap adding the awful fat back with the meat

Regardless this is awful, We pay good money to eat there only to get a bunch of fatty meat

The lunch burrito bowl was really delicious, except the chicken had way too much spice/heat. My goodness, my mouth was on fire. My friend and I had the same thing and neither one of us remembered having any heat on the chicken. other than that, the rest was very fresh and tasty.
