I ordered the cod sandwich for the first time. Fish was tasteless in the shap of a fish strip instead of a fish fillet. Sandwich had about 5 shreads of cheese which only 2 where on the actual sandwich. Would Not Recommend.

The order counter was very busy, only one cashier. She never smiled, almost robotic. I kind of don't blame her because no one came to help her out. The order ticket was accurate, but the kitchen was missing many items listed. The server had to make several trips to complete the order list. We also had to go up to the counter 5 times to get the order complete. Waited for add ons until the main meal was cold. The dining area was and always is so very cold. Dress warm. It was a celebration with 10 people, so we made the best of it, but be prepared for a long line.
Vegetarian options: Do not trust what they say regarding ingredients. Asked if the corn dog was all beef and she said yes. After the fact, we looked it up online and it has pork. Yuck!!

*Always forget something in the drive-thru and every time! This is an ongoing issue: it's a drink, cocktail sauce, or actual food. Management needs to stop acting like it's the customer's fault... It's your fault. Do your job. Because if it keeps happening; people are going to stop coming...

11/11/2024 so we tried again this time I am my wife got to deluxe butter burgers and order of onion rings so never had their enterings first time $5 on your rings are $4.99 We got six onion rings the side of ranch cost at $0.35 for the enterings which we only got six for $5 have it tried the burger yet just got home and baffled about the any rings I still don't know why this place is so popular Don't get it Wendy's gives me better service The deli at Publix gives me better service and better food every time I've been here it's been bad one time we literally threw it away let me tell you about the service!not only was a service horrible at the speaker she tells me to wait and then she helps the people in the other line which was a van full of kids which then made my way twice as long It was fantastic 9/27/2024 we tried again had a coupon the onion rings where the best thing mushroom Swiss pretty good The Wisconsin was not edible at all We threw it out horribly bad tasting just yucky!!!

26 yr customer of Culver's. Been to Culver's all over the Midwest and South. This location is our weekly spot and the service has declined since early summer. I always comment on the Tell Culver's site. I have even called Corporate twice. The owner has failed to call when asked now 4 times. He owns multi locations. I was told he does not call customers. They have much turnover and many young people that are 14-16 that need more training. Poor management leads to poorly producing employees. We time the order now and it's not to their favor. I know that this location does not imulate the Culver Family values. I will keep my fingers crossed that service gets better.
