My family member went down to get a 2 milk shakes 12/7 about 620pm. He ordered the milk shakes then while waiting seen the pint Ice Creams for $5. He grabbed one took it up to the counter rang up 5.95 he kindly told the cashier that the price said $5, the cashier called over someone and she said thats the old price. My family member kindly told her that the door says $5. She said no I can only sell it to you for what it rings up that thats it. Family member says then I dont want it. The worker rudely told him well you can go put it back then. My family member told her no that is not my job. So she goes over puts it away and takes a magic marker to fix the price. Im sorry but there is no excuse for being rude. What happened to you pay what is advertised.

Stopped for a quick lunch, had butter burgers, both of our burgers were very good, hot and juicy. Culvers is almost always on point with the burgers. This location in Inverness almost had well cooked crispy fries, much better than most Culvers who tend to be undercooked. Very happy experience.

Have been coming here regularly for months if not over a year with little to no issues but they’ve messed up my order multiple times recently and today was my final straw. I asked for a single burger meal and was charged for a double burger sandwich with a drink only, which costs more than the single meal I usually get. I went inside for the fries and they charged me AGAIN, even after I told them it was completely not what I asked for. I shouldn’t have paid it but I just wanted to get out of there. I could have lived with all of this if I had gotten even just an apology. But nope! They charged me for their own mistake and didn’t even apologize.

This restaurant was good when it opened. I ordered a soggy, cold veggie burger last time, gave it another try with fish sandwich last night, soggy with cooked lettuce. My daughter had Mac and cheese and fries, and has has food poisoning, diarrhea all AM. Please improve, I’m done eating there.

I ordered the cod sandwich for the first time. Fish was tasteless in the shap of a fish strip instead of a fish fillet. Sandwich had about 5 shreads of cheese which only 2 where on the actual sandwich. Would Not Recommend.
