Just had the worst experience at the Inverness Dominos. I use the app and it said my pizzas were ready. When I.went in,.they told me they weren't ready and they had forgotten the onions so they had to redo. Went to my car while the one pizza got cold. When I came back in the lady took multiple calls while my new pizza was sitting there ready and she knew I was the one that had it done wrong. No sorry or so attempt to help. I had to ask the girl going on delivery to please get my pizza so I didn't freak out from the terrible customer service. Please get better at training people that know how to handle a situation. Goodness! Pitiful!

I ordered a pizza online for pickup and the tracker said it would be ready in 8-15 minutes. I live right around the block so I was there about 15 minutes from the time I made my order. The screen inside the store said my pizza was ready but there was no one at the counter (they were a bit busy) but no one even acknowledged me for LITERALLY 18-20 MINUTES. The employees were doing everything BUT helping the customers at the counter. They kept looking right at me but not one word for 20 minutes. Needless to say, my pizza was cold. Not just like, room temp or tepid, but COLD. I still left a tip in the jar cuz that's just how I am but no one ever apologized for the wait or for my order being cold or anything. Had it been hot and just made it would have been delicious but unfortunately that wasn't the case tonight. Sorry guys but u definitely fudged up this one.

Online order was not received by store so I had told order again at store. Earlier we tried for about 20 minutes to connect by phone but no one picked up. Mushroom pizza was ok but sauce was a bit sweet. Surprisingly it’s not listed below
