Ordered tonight for a delivery, arrived fast and hot, was super delicious, they cooked it well done like I asked. I only wish I could select a well done option on the app when I order. I always have to call and ask them. The delivery person was friendly. Great experience. Thank you Dominos highland avenue !

I ordered a pizza online. The website posted a 37 min delivery time. 45 mins later still no pizza. Ok thier busy right? I called and asked where in line was my pizza? I was told it just left the store. 25 mins later the pizza arrived (I live 1/2 mile from the store). The pizza was lukewarm but otherwise ok. I left the Driver no tip and explained that any money lost should be taken from the mgt for poor performance. It's the false promise that angered me. If I had been told truthfully about how long it would take I may have made different choices. Never again.
Tried to pull the old bait and switch! Awful business practices by this establishment. They had a coupon code for a discounted pizza which we utilized and because other people were using the coupon in ways they deemed inappropriate, they ended up canceling our order and then tried to get us to pay more to get our pizzas. What other people do should have no effect on me so the fact that they didn't honor a coupon they put out is terrible. Business practices. We will give our pizza business to someone else from here on out
