I work at a doctor's office in town. My co workers and myself vidir Dunkins 3 days a week. The staff are so friendly. Store is clean and wonderful atmosphere. We feel welcomed when we arrive. The girls know our orders without even asking because we are their so often. Our coffees are always made right and we never have a complaint. I highly recommend this dunkins. Thanks girls for all your hard work and for caring about your customers!
By far the worse dunkin I've ever been to . Walked in ordered food and drinks WAITED and WAITED our drinks were not made right THAN 20 min wait for food went up asked where are food was the guy said we are backed up on food orders than said NO ONE in drive thru has ordered food they've been turning food orders down THAN why is it taking so long on 1 food ordered . Finally our food came out missing something than they went and got it and our food order was wrong WASTE OF TIME YOU have 10 employees yet can't get simple drink and food orders out in timely manner or correctly . My suggestion is go to a different Dunkin cause this one is ran horribly

you can eat outdoors which is a bonus but the tables aren’t always clean. Of course they’re Dunkin’ Donuts so the donuts are really good, they have plenty of drink options. Service is fast and friendly.

The workers at this store deserve a kind word. I've been through this drive thru and gone inside many times, different times of day and different days of the week. The customer service is exceptional. Employees are smiling and friendly, I haven't seen one that isn't. I don't know what makes them so happy... but it's unusual in a chain store. You always make my special requests exactly the way I ask. Occasionally my frozen coffee needs a bit more of a spin so it doesn't have ice pellets, but other than that really good! : )
Love this Dunkin! They tend to go above and beyond. Our dog is their biggest fan and they always treat him special. Our dog gives 4 paws up
