I was really hoping to like this place.Although my Lo Mein chicken tasted good- it did not agree with my stomach.My husband had the General Tso. It was not spicy at all, and the quality was not up to his liking.His meal also did not agree with his stomach.We got our meals to go, and ate them immediately as we got home, 10 minutes after pick up.Really disappointed as we were looking for a Chinese place close to our home.

Seeing all these bad reviews makes no sense. I love this place, the food and the service. The person that always takes my order gets everything right. Never had a complain, and always polite! Y’all the best!!!!
i wish there was an option to put 0 stars. i never complain about restaurants but this is genuinely the worst experience i have ever had. my partner placed an order over the phone for me to pick up after work(general tso chicken) my partner told me there connection issue over the phone, making it difficult for her to hear the worker speaking. the worker started raising her voice in a rude and aggressive tone. i noticed a strange scent once i picked up my food up and thought nothing of it. Once i got home i went to eat it and i took a bite noticed my food was raw! i ripped apart the other pieces to see if it was just one and it turned out to be multiple undercooked pieces. i should have had enough evidence with the smell. i will never be returning and i will also be reporting this location to the Health Department for unsafe and unsanitary conditions and risk of food borne illness.

Ordered takeout from here last night. Egg drop soup was cold, gelatinous with no flavor. General Tso chicken which is supposed to be spicy tasted more like sweet-and-sour chicken. More breading than chicken. Chicken with spicy garlic sauce no spice. Would not recommend this place.We hope to find good Chinese food someplace else in Inverness.

The staff is always so nice. We pick up dinner from there about every 2 months or so. Last night, the food was so good, so fresh. Had sweet and sour chicken, egg rolls, spare ribs, and house Mei fun. So good!

Ordered house special soup along with 2 dinners. Shrimp chop suey was good, general tso chicken was disappointing, tasted old. But the soup was the real disappointment. Came with not one but 4 very long black hairs in it. Called to tell them about it but don't know if they did anything. They didn't offer to fix it in anyway but I did tell them we weren't driving back up there. We always liked Fortuner but this wasn't a good experience.
