Bartender was nice and responsive. The food was a good temp but just meh, like they added taco flavoring to get a bite to the Chori Pollo. They have a large 'top shelf' marg that's over $21 so that caught me off guard and wasn't purchased. The normal Marg mix was warm so wish me luck later 🧻. All in all a 3 and likely will be my only visit for a while. One dinner and one marg - nearly $40 so save up.

I was hoping for a better result.

Fantastic restaurant in Inverness. The art inside the restaurant, tables, chairs, all the details, all amazing and so well done! Kudos to the artist and designer. Very extensive menu, hitting all Mexican food items and more. Definitely a great food gem in Inverness, while other restaurants are mainly just cheap fried food.

Don’t waste your time here because I’m from New Mexico and this is not authentic Mexican food!!! I ordered a super burrito through uber eats and it had no beans inside and tiny bit of cheese sauce in the container it came in. So then I called and the lady said she watched it being made and packed it herself which is a lie since clearly it didn’t have beans inside and there a hardly any sauce!

Everything was bad. We were the only customers. The waitress had a flat affect and was inattentive. She obviously did not want to be working. I ordered tacos. I make better tacos than this restaurant and I'm Irish! One bite and I was done. There was absolutely nothing Mexican about it. My daughter ordered an enchilada which came with a side of rice. Unfortunately the rice looked and tasted like Minute Rice. The enchilada was tasteless. I would not recommend.

The best Mexican food in Citrus County. So many options and the food is fresh, seasoned well, and tasty. Restaurant is clean. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

This restaurant will be the next one to close in Inverness if they don't get it together. I used to come here and it was filled with people. Sunday after church this place was a ghost town. The service leaves alot to be desired and the margaritas are literally 20 dollars for what I would consider a normal Margarita. I'll say it when it closes. I told you so. I'm from Colorado and our Mexican food blows anything in Florida out of the water. As a business owner I'm seriously considering opening an authentic Mexican restaurant serving green chilli based meals from back home. Although I know the tight margins of the restaurant industry and really don't want to own even a booming Mexican restaurant. šŸ˜‚šŸ¤¦šŸ¤·

Food is always great here. We like going due to not ever really busy and plenty of seating. Table side guac is a must (dont forget to tip) and fresh chips are plentiful. House margs are delicious and cold. Fajitas are the best along with the molcajeta. Always take home leftovers.

Consistently good food and great service, and the prices can't be beat.
Update: this place changed hands since I wrote this review. It's still okay; a bit more expensive, and food portions have shrunken, but tasted okay. They love cramming everyone into one small section of a mostly empty dining room. Kinda annoying. I get how wait staff have their stations and everything, but seriously, its just awkward being in a mostly empty, quiet restaurant, sitting six inches from a couple of strangers trying to have a conversation. This has happened both times we ate here recently. Might as well just have us share a table with them.

We have had dinner here twice and enjoyed both experiences. I encourage people to dine here. Portions are generous and food is fresh and full of flavor. Definitely a win for our area.
