Caramel macchiato protein with cold brew… you can taste the protein very strongly, and did not taste like caramel.
Fruit loops protein shake… not the slightest hint of fruit loop flavor or the milk at the end of a bowl of fruit loops. I would rename it, as the name is deceiving.

I found this shop several years ago via a social media post with the hashtag breakfast is poured. I took a chance and tried their shake one day while I was heading to work and it was so good I had to return, the bonus is the close proximity to my work. Since then I’ve been a fairly regular customer and gotten to know the girls behind the counter, and anytime I’ve gone or phoned them for an order it’s always been pleasant and personable. All the girls there know me by name which makes me feel like that show “Cheers”. I’ve never had a shake, tea, To Go Tea Kit, or pie that I didn’t like. They will deliver the order to you at your local business which does come in handy when you can’t get to the shop.

I felt like I was entering a food spa. The ladies were so welcoming and helped me with a great choice. Banana nut bread shake. Meal substitute. The shake tasted amazing. I will definitely be returning.
