Love this place!! Love the personal attention you get when you arrive! They greet you & then give you undivided attention until you feel comfortable about all the products that are available: energy teas (hot or cold), protein shakes(hot or cold) , protein waffles. This nutrition club will become your “CHEERS” where everyone knows your name!!!

I found this shop several years ago via a social media post with the hashtag breakfast is poured. I took a chance and tried their shake one day while I was heading to work and it was so good I had to return, the bonus is the close proximity to my work. Since then I’ve been a fairly regular customer and gotten to know the girls behind the counter, and anytime I’ve gone or phoned them for an order it’s always been pleasant and personable. I just discovered this gem this week. It will be my new go to for a quick meal out. I have had 2 different high protein shakes so far and have been satiated for the day both times. Looking forward to trying all the flavors!
