Staff was friendly and welcoming. Our sandwiches were good and the location was clean. Will definitely return when we're in the area. Only complaint and this is for corporate, go back to the 2oz chip bags! Any more sizeflation and we'll be forced to stop visiting.

Gluten free options, accommodating to food allergies. Staff was super nice and friendly. I was honestly surprised at how they handled prepping the food in a separate area to avoid cross contamination! We truly appreciate you guys so much Adam & Eli! We'll be seeing y'all soon!

I’m honestly pretty grossed out by my experience here. I’m a vegetarian, and while I get that’s not super common in this area, basic food handling should still be expected. I went up to order a simple cheese and veggie sub, but the kid behind the counter had just finished slicing a ton of different meats. He didn’t wipe anything down, didn’t move the variety of lunch meat away from the blade, and just went straight into making my sandwich.
I took one bite and was instantly turned off—it tasted like meat had transferred onto it. The whole meal went straight into the trash. Not only was it a waste, but it was disappointing to see how little care went into preventing cross-contamination.
The workers behind the counter were all kids, and it was clear they didn’t really care. No attention to detail, no effort to make it right, just going through the motions. It was super frustrating and honestly annoying because I expected better.
I guess that’s what I get for cheating on my usual Pub Sub across the parking lot. Lesson learned—I’ll be sticking with Publix where at least I know what I’m getting

Great sub shop. They slice the meat right onto the bread and the roast beef is cooked In house….the prices can be a little high but they always send coupons and I’m a firm believer in you get what you pay for!
Stopped for brunch, ordering an Italian in a wrap. I enjoyed every bite. I was a big Subway fan of their Italian BMT in a wrap. No more! Jersey Mike's has them beat, the selection of meats is tender, the vegetables are fresher and the wrap is light and tastier.

Not my favorite anymore. Skimpy on the meat. and why is your lettuce always so brown?? My last lunch takeout of 3 sandwiches all had brown lettuce that we ended up picking off.

The Jersey Mike's in the Villages is great. The one in Pearl Britain is below average. I'm only going to review the Village store.
Sandwich was delicious as always. I ordered the #2 on wheat bread done Mike's Way. After cutting the bread, the employee asked me if I wanted the sandwich Mike's Way. (??) Several dirty tables. We had to clean one to sit down and eat.
