DO NOT GO THERE! Went in this morning and the girl behind the counter with colored hair just looked at me without acknowledging me. When I asked for 6 tacos she rolled her eyes and said “aww man really?” I asked why, thinking she didn’t have the ingredients or something like that, but she had the audacity to simply say, “because I don’t feel like it! I really don’t want to if I don’t have to!” I was shocked and just walked out. That is unacceptable and the store managers and corporate beed to know that is how their employees work and how they speak to customers. Will never return again and will never recommend this place to anyone.

I once worked here about two years ago around May 2022. When I was first hired,every l co-worker was nice to me. Had a helluva time. But as soon as September 2022 hit,the management started showing their true colors. One coworker by the name of Lorena kept eating the produce that was used for the raw beef and chicken fajita meats. The Restaurant side Travis was,and possibly still is,a bully to other co workers when nobody's looking or whenever there's customers in the store which is unprofessional as a General Manager of a restaurant side. I was under a lot of pressure and stress every time that I came in to that horrible place,thankfully I don't work there. I do not recommend going here whatsoever.

This looks like an after thought in this 7 eleven. Only a couple of tables down what once was an aisle and had a beverage order dropped there, so it was difficult to even sit amongst the stock. The carnitas looked like it had been sitting there for hours and we were there at 11:30am. I liked the topping/salsa bar. The tortillas were fresh and hot. We were disappointed, thinking it would be a small restaurant inside the store with it's own area. It was no better than a truck stop.

Food was complete garbage. Dried out rice which they served. Carnitas where completely burnt. Everything is on a steam table and tasted like it was sitting from the night before. How is this place still in business. Also the employee serving inedible food. Should be fired. Should have went across the street to chipotle. At least there food is fresh. Nothing good to say about this place and the health department will be getting a call. Good place to catch a bad case of diarrhea. Avoid this place like the plaque ?

Stopped to get enchilada meal 6.49 for friend on my way to work @ 1:12 pm . Had to be at work by 1:30. Person I got food for says supposed to be 3 not one, not burnt. So I called .. there # and 7‐11 number. Voicemail. So at 530 went straight there. Untouched food, receipt, prep ticket, still in bag. Nice young lady calls over Travis and he takes my food, chastises me for it being 4 hours by repeatedly saying it's been 5 hours. Says against company policy to refund. I say for food that was 1 third ? He says yeah I ask repeatedly for my receipt and go to leave. Realize I paid for the food and want it. Go back in and this 6 ft 5 guy tells me I cannot have my food back, he is going to call the police and have me trespassed and refused to give my food back. God I wanted so bad to wait for police but... in the off chance this guy was able to continue to gaslight and say I was causing a scene and have me arrested. For hi. Stealing my food... like yeah this guy kept food I paid for. He is one of those in charge bully types.All the others are really very nice. The ppl that run 7‐11 are great. I don't eat out of convenience stores generally was doing a friend a favor.The vastness of this guy stealing my bad food to hide evidence as well as attack my character verbally was just unreal. Unreal.
