Food seemed old and hard. Lighting made it hard to tell what you’re eating. Not a choice we’ll make again.

The food, pretty good, and fairly consistent. We enjoy going here. The service however is borderline rude, they brought the ticket way too early, then checked to see if payment was made no less than four times during our meal. Very aggravating. Then, when we were leaving, the hostess actually forced the fortune cookies, we didn't want, into my mom's purse, while making disparaging remarks about how much, or little, the tip was. It's a buffet, they take your plates, and bring you a drink...we dropped the tip due to the rude badgering about the bill. Finally, the little girl, very cute, and mostly not a bother, mostly, but, still very unprofessional.

There are children's toys in the entryway, it looks unprofessional. Some patrons seemed to be unhappy with an employee's child that runs through the restaurant as well.

They advertise Chow Mein which is literally Chinese for fried noodles. 炒面 Chǎomiàn. However they make it without any noodles! Instead they use loads of bean sprouts and vegetables and a mediocre amount of pork. I called and politely let them know but they just argued with me that only Lo Mein has noodles. I pointed out that Lo Mein uses a thin and wet noodle with loads of vegetables and liquid, whilst Chow Mein has much thicker golden noodles, far less sauce and vegetables and more protein. Sadly they wouldn't listen. I mentioned I am a cook and lived in Hong Kong, knew what I was talking about, but hey ho she felt I was completely wrong. It's not the first time I've had issues with this restaurant not understanding Chinese food correctly. My replacement meal was Peanut Butter Chicken, but the cook forget to put the peanut butter sauce with it! Sigh.

I do many surveys and having said that. The food is delicious, hot and plenty. They give you more than enough choices to choose from and if you are missing something from anything that is here take a second helping of what you are offered. We are from Wisconsin and have traveled vastly from the East to the West, North to the South and out of the country. The service is spot on being very attentive with drinks, taking away used plates than bringing your bill to you. I don’t need to say anything is wrong we are not like that and there wasn’t. Bon Appetite .

Some items on the buffet were dried out and could have been used for a hockey puck. Unfortunately, they are the ONLY Chinese buffet left in the county. Some items were very fresh and flavorful.
