Definitely not what it used to be years ago. Their prices for food is gone through the roof, the greed is disgusting. $13 for a McRib meal. I realize it's a novelty item that comes out for a few weeks every year, but I can go to Applebee's and spend $13 on a meal and sit down in a more pleasant atmosphere.
Today I ordered a chicken Big Mac large. The fries, as usual were room temperature and halfway filled, and the Chicken Big Mac was room temperature as well, almost as if they had it premade and they just threw a bunch of pickles on there as extra like I requested. When I went to the first drive-thru window, the girl didn't smile and greet me like she's supposed to. Instead she just held out her hand waiting for my card.
Once I got to the second drive-thru window, the person, or whatever it was painted me my food. Didn't say a word. Didn't say have a good day, Hi how are you doing, nothing.
Customer service has gone downhill not only at just mcdonald's, but most places as this newer generation comes up. But make no mistake about it, the worst I've ever seen is right here at this McDonald's here in inverness. I hope management can do something to try and rectify it.

Mc Donald’s the Golden Arches of disappointment.. You’ve disappointed me once again. I stopped by hoping for crispy, golden fries, but what I got was a letdown.
The 'large' fry is a joke. It's the same size as the medium, but costs more. Every time, without fail. It's like they're trying to rip me off and I’m sure I’m not the only one because this happens EVERY TIME.
And the fries themselves? Stale, oily, and lukewarm. They've got no life to them. I'm not asking for gourmet, just decent fries that don't taste like they've been sitting around for hours.
Is that too much to ask? Apparently. Do better.

Well I ordered a mobile order and I might have been misreading the order on the app but It looked like on my end that there are three big macs, I told the employee with the kissing neck tattoo, she immediately was rude like I was trying to scam her for a big Mac, she kept denying that there are three big macs so we pulled up to the second window and showed her she kept saying it was on old order that could have been from months ago when we just went through the drive through 2 minutes before that with the same code, she then said we were bullshitting and wasting our time, she then slammed the window in our faces and didn't open it again.

My fries were white when I got them and they even took a long time I went home and put them in the air fryer to finish them...and havent even been to McDonald's in long time.. I see why

The place is good enough for a quick meal, there are better places in the fast food area where you can get better quality food.
Honestly it's hit or miss here some days I can have a great meal and other days it's just ok or stuff missing on an order

The worst at night. Corporate would be horrified if they saw cars waiting 15-20 minutes at the drive thru just to order their fast food. During the day they're fine. The night shift is truly horrendous.

Very slow service considering there weren't too many customers. But i have to comment about Andrew what a hard working man! Up and down ladders washing walls and the ceiling. It was nice knowing how clean this McDonalds was inside!!
