Alicia is trash, when they forgot the side and drink to my daughters happy meal she answered when I called said if I didn’t remember her name they wouldn’t believe me But she’d write my name down “whatever that means”. When I came back to the store and parked in the drive through until I was given the food I had already paid for, some employees threatened to call the police “ like please do” you owe me money or food. When I asked to speak to Alicia she hid in the back of the restaurant and refused to come address the issue or her poor customer service over the phone.

Used the AP to order, while sitting in Parking lot. Got in line , as we requested it be ready for pickup in drive thru. We were parked,no surprise; waiting eight minutes to get a wide open bag of food. Four napkins. Zero condiments. A twenty something gal delivered & Thanked us for waiting for them to make fries. They should have let them finish cooking for about one minute according to the training material. Then maybe a little m salty magic. The sandwich was messy, the cheese tried to escape the bun. I was trying to as well, as it was dripping in grease. Again training refresher needed in the grill.

I placed my order through the Drive Thru ?. The order taker was very rude and was paying more attention to her phone than me. That is probably why my order was Wrong. I was on my Lunch Break & did not have time to go back to have them give me the Correct order so I called. I was told that my Order would be replaced & they asked me for my name & a Note would be made. I returned yesterday to get my Order & when I gave them my name, they told me they don't have any record or note of me calling so my order did not get replaced. I Strongly Recommend that ppl should avoid this Location due to Poor Customer Service, Inadequate knowledge to get orders Correct.
This was the third or fourth time we had visited this location for dinner and they have messed up our order again. Each time we have gotten our dinner something was wrong with our order. This most recent time was the release of the double Big Mac and we ordered it and when we got home it only had two patties and both patties were on the bottom of the burger there was nothing on top no sauce and barely any lettuce. Normally if it was a one-time thing it wouldn't be any big deal but this has been almost every single time in the last 2 months we used to love going to this location but now we are finding ourselves traveling an extra 20 minutes and the opposite direction just to go to the other McDonald's because they won't mess up our order

I have had messed up orders the last 3-4 times I've gone here. I usually order on the app and just pick it up. One time the fries were so stale and old tasting I took them back in and got new ones. I have gotten double cheese burgers ketchup only and found onions BETWEEN my patties. Tonight I ordered a double big Mac and was missing half of the sandwich. In the photos I've seen, it has 2 patties on top and 2 on the bottom. When we got it, it had only the 2 patties on the bottom...
