The satay sauce provided for dipping was delicious. The sweet thai chili sauce provided tastes like Mae Ploy (~3 dollars a bottle at the store).Pad thai was lacking flavor and depth. Four shrimp were provided; for the cost of the meal, a pound of shrimp could have been purchased in-store.Egg rolls were packed with meat. Though, they were fairly bland and required dipping sauce.Spring rolls were dipped in the satay sauce. Iceberg lettuce is being used as the filler rather than cabbage, herbs or vegetables. There's no flavor - spring rolls are merely lettuce, vermicelli noodles and two pieces of shrimp wrapped in a rice paper.Bún Bò Huế was delivered deconstructed. After reconstruction the flavor was great! I'm not certain if the meat is luncheon meat; however, the texture and flavor of the meat resembles luncheon meat.Overall review of Noodle World Inverness:2 stars ⭐

Pleasantly surprised with the quality of food, fresh and tasty. Generous portions also. The take out order was messed up but they did fix it and delivered. I will definitely go back but will double check the order if picking up.

Fresh! Clean! Delicious! 5 stars exactly what I was looking for. Treated my father for lunch. Wanted something different. Found this place on Google. We had the egg rolls and fried dumplings to start. Very fresh & hot. I ordered the pork bahn mì which was the perfect combo of sweet and hot with nice fresh slightly crunchy bread. & I also had the "small" (it was huge!) beef pho which is a beef broth soup with meat veggies and noodles in it. Served with a side plate of sliced jalapeños, bean sprouts, and basil leaves. It was refreshing and warming. Again may I add very fresh ingredients. I also added a soft boiled egg to mine. I topped it with some hot chili oil. My father had the shrimp fried rice. He enjoyed his.
Pleasant surprise they make excellent bahn mi sandwiches. Beef and shrimp rice vermicelli bowl is well made. Pho broth is good. Nice for dine in or to go. Very attentive service. So nice to have this Vietnamese family run restaurant in Citrus county.

DELICIOUS. Flavor is absolutely on point. Price is great too. Takoyaki was incredible. Bahn Mi was perfectly crispy the bread was spot on if you know you know. The bun bo hue was amazing.

Food good, service at counter good. We made the mistake of take out. When we got it home, tasty....however all the noodles were stuck together. It would have been much more tasty if we ate it there. Pretty restaurant.
